Amber was a fantastic help with helping getting my kitty across from SA. She kept me informed of everything from when the start of the process ToR, travel itinerary. Considering how nervous I was getting him over, I was all too happy with all the information and updates.

I can't help but recommend them enough.

Both of our dogs were relocated from the UK to Australia and the service was excellent. Sophie dealt with all our queries and sorted a few hiccups along the way. The transportation driver was lovely and put me at ease when our dogs left and the communication whilst in their boarding care before flying was excellent.

The whole end to end process was made so much easier by engaging airpets they have dealt with many of my asks and anxieties and made it very clear for all the vaccination requirements. I now have a very happy dog in Australia something that felt like an impossible task 6 months ago and I would never have managed to got her here without Sophie at Airpets

My partner and I moved our very anxious dog Yogi from UK to Australia. We were very stressed about this process, but Sophie was so helpful, understanding and patient with the whole process. I don't know how we would have been able to do it without her, and we really felt like she went above and beyond to take care of our boy. Amber from Airpets was most helpful. We were concerned about our elderly Labrador, Seamus who had a long journey from Cape Town via Dubai to Heathrow. Amber communicated with us frequently upon his arrival. Constantly giving us progress updates until Seamus was loaded in the van which transported him to our home which was a 4 hour drive away. Seamus arrived safe and sound! Thank you Amber!

If I could give more Stars I would, Fay was amazing, we had problems with fires at Heathrow and Fay got in touch and sorted out first available flight. We are anxious dog owners and was scared about Wallace boarding and he absolutely loved it, Fay updated us with pictures even on her day off as she knew our concerns.

Wallace arrived safe and sound and is now exploring the city.

We used Airpets to fly our cat from the UK to Australia, and the experience was absolutely seamless! Sophie was our main point of contact, and her communication was amazing, everything went so smoothly from start to finish. I was so nervous about the whole process but Sophie handled everything for us, which was exactly what we needed during such a big move. All the aspects like vet appointments, were laid out clearly with dates, requirements, and necessary paperwork, making the process stress free. We couldn't recommend Airpets highly enough!

Charlotte and the AirPets team were absolutely incredible assisting us bring our dog, Tereza, back from Brazil to the UK.

Outstanding service from start to finish. The initial thought of getting my sons Corgi (Loki) to Australia was daunting. However, once I received my first email from Airpets, my trepidations were gone. Sophie sent a comprehensive email explaining the step by step process. She removed all the unnecessary jargon and left us with a complete schedule. Her support and guidance throughout the process, along with the many photos was superb. Without doubt Airpets made the process manageable. Visiting on day of departure assured us Loki would be looked after. The atmosphere and environment was exactly what anybody sending a pet overseas would wish for.

We used Airpets to fly my dog from the UK to Australia and I cannot say enough good things! We worked with Sophie and honestly it couldn't have been a better experience. She fully took it out of our hands which is exactly what you need when making the big move and any complicated bits, like all the vet appointments, she set out so clearly in a table including all dates, requirements and paperwork needed! The best costumer service I have ever recieved. Lauren helped us with everything from start to finish. As a control freak I was really nervous about organising my cats to fly in cargo instead of in the cabin and Lauren had answers to all my questions and concerns. Replied almost everytime within 30 minutes or less and was super helpfull and understanding of how nervous I was to leave my cats over. Absolutley fantastic service so thank you to Lauren and the team!

I was planning a move to Scotland for me and my 4 pets and the amount of requirements needed was overwhelming. I used Airpets to handle all the paperwork and they worked with my vet and me to make sure nothing got overlooked. I paid extra for my dogs to be picked up from the airports and dropped off at my house and everything went smoothly and my dogs were well cared for. I have nothing but high praise. Well worth the money.

Absolutely recommend Airpets to anyone in need of relocating their pets! Sophie helped us with our move for two dogs and a cat from the UK to Australia. Everything was organised and explained. When a delay occurred in leaving the UK for the animals, Sophie was only to helpful in arranging their boarding at their pet facility in Heathrow and arranged for all their outstanding medical requirements to be completed prior to shipping.
Sophie kept us updated with photos and information all the way through even whatsapp videos from Sri-Lanka on the stopover for the animals.

Sophie was wonderful from start to finish in helping me relocating my two dogs to Australia. She was prompt in answering my emails and everything was explained very clearly.
