I recently sent my 2 Jack Russel's from South Africa to the UK to my family. Amber from Airpets handled the UK side of the transfer and the service was outstanding. She gave full details on what to expect when the dogs arrived there. We received regular updates through the customs process. It was fantastic as I am still in SA.

Emily was such a kind and knowledgeable person and helped me with relocation of my Yorkie from U.K. to Canada. I def recommend this company.

Our dog Belle came with us to Sydney and Airpets arranged her transport. Sophie at Airpets was great, friendly, practical, knowledgeable and had an answer to all our anxious questions. It is a stressful experience but Airpets and Sophie managed us through it!

Airpets recently helped to relocate our two dogs to Australia from the UK. From start to finish, Airpets were excellent. Both doggies arrived safe and well and are now with us in our new home. Particular thanks though must go to Sophie our Airpets contact throughout. Sophie was nothing short of delightful to work with and was always there for us, answering our calls and emails promptly and always with a cheery manner. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of the needs of both the dogs and us as owners. I would certainly use Airpets again if needed.

We made the choice to move back to Australia after a long time in the UK and we were taking our British Shorthair cat with us. The whole process initially was incredibly scary for me and I convinced myself that bad things would happen, but Sophie from Airpets held my hand through all of it, and in the bad moments of me dreading my beloved cat's travel I would read her emails which reassured me greatly.

It's such a difficult thing to entrust strangers with your pet, especially as they're part of your family. But I have zero regrets. The whole process was so seamless for us. Airpets organised everything, told me what to do and when. And honestly it was super easy.

I picked my cat up from the quarantine facility today. His stay there was a little rocky, he wasn't eating and only drinking a little bit and had crystals in his wee which indicated dehydration (all very normal with this travel). We sent a vet in who was fantastic and after a little treatment (for low to mild dehydration, anxiety and nausea) he perked right up and started smashing his meals.

When I picked him up I was bracing myself for him to look poorly and not be himself. Aside from a little weight loss he looked so happy and healthy. After a couple of hours he's ruling the roost of his new home and eating us out of an income.

I wanted to share all of this in case it helps someone who was as scared as I was with making this decision. I can't really express how anxious I was. I started taking meds to cope with it!

I reached out to Airpets after being told by another pet relocation company that they they had not moved pets to Karachi (Pakistan) before, and therefore would have to look into how to make this possible and as a result would unlikely be able to arrange it in time of me leaving the UK. They were also charging nearly double the cost that I was quoted by Airpets.

I was assigned to Lauren at Airpets, and she reassured me from day 1 that she would be able to help out with relocating my 3 cats not too far out of my timeframe (literally within 2 weeks!!!!)

Lauren truly went above and beyond for this relocation and I could not be more grateful. She remained calm throughout, even though I was stressed from start to end and emailed + called her sooo many times as a few things had popped up in between. What really stood out was how she had back up plans for everything!!

Lauren and the pet relocation agent who she partnered up with in Karachi (Pakistan), really made this entire relocation process not only possible but smooth. My 3 cats arrived safe and well, and are settling in their new home!

Surprisingly, when I moved from Bahrain to the UK in 2023, the agent in Bahrain had also partnered up with Airpets to handle the UK side of things which I only found out after booking Airpets for my 2025 Pakistan move!

I would HIGHLY recommend Airpets to anyone looking to relocate their pets. Their costs are reasonable compared to their competitors, fully transparent with the cost breakdown, are truly compassionate and very knowledgable!

We successfully flew our dog Rolo from London to Sydney and I must give special thanks to Sophie for making it happen. Sophie was brilliant and made the whole thing as straight forward as possible. No question was too much and she kept us well informed at all times. Sophie made the pre flight vet appointment scheduling/forms so easy for us (even our vet commented on how organised all the paper work was!) Sophie was also very honest throughout and helped manage my expectations for the time period that my Rolo was travelling and away from us, particularly the quarantine portion, which is what I was most nervous about. Sophie gave us sound advice when we needed it and when she felt it was important, for example about how to get in contact with quarantine staff and that we could pack a blanket in Rolo’s crate before he flew. From the moment Rolo arrived at Airpets I felt so reassured by how warmly Sophie and the team welcomed Rolo. I was updated with emails and pictures, and I truly felt so happy with how well he was being taken care of. We were consistently updated throughout his flights, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The only part that I found really challenging was the quarantine period which is unfortunately unavoidable if you are relocating your pet to Australia. I did manage to get a lovely update from the staff there and Rolo seemed to be doing fine and again it was evident he was being well looked after, but when we collected him he definitely lost a fair bit of weight and had a strange red ring around his nose which I wasn’t prepared for. Within the first few hours he was back to his happy self and he quickly put the weight back on though, and I do think that if I had my time again I might have sent my own food in (you can do this). From quarantine, Sophie organised Rolo’s domestic travel with Jetpets who were also brilliant. Overall, I really couldn’t fault anything. I just wish they reduced quarantine! Thank you again Airpets. Would recommend to anyone that needed to relocate their pet, particularly if they were going to Australia.

Amber was so helpful and had great customer service she put us at ease arranging the UK end and paperwork of our dogs trip from Vancouver to Heathrow and she ensured that they were delivered to us the evening they arrived by a very kind driver who looked after our dogs so well I highly recommend using airpets they really care about people's pets and kept our dogs so safe we are so grateful thank you Amber and all staff at airpets that helped get our dogs home back safely to us .
