Airpets were amazing from the get go. A special mention to Sophie who handled the entire process of exporting our dog from the UK to Australia. The process would have been so complicated without Sophie’s expertise and knowledge.

Our dog arrived in Sydney after her 10 days in quarantine safe and sound which was the only goal we had.

Amber did an incredible job communicating with Taiye and the crew in Lagos who handled my puppy’s transfer. Everything went extremely smoothly and they were very communicative. My puppy arrived happy and well fed. I can’t recommend them enough!

I can’t recommend Airpets enough. We transported our 12 year old golden doodle to Australia, which is a very complicated process. Many layers of bureaucracy that we could have easily got wrong if we did it ourselves. Thanks everyone!!

I used Airpets as a customs broker for my flight from the U.S. and had them board my two dogs for nearly a move while I settled into the country and found a home. Amber was the one assisting me with every step and I don’t think I could have had a better experience! She was so patient, kind, and took time to explain all the options, procedures, and paperwork needed when it came to UK health certificates and custom clearance. We were in contact via email for nearly two months and Amber was so pleasant to work with! She would email pictures of my dogs and give updates on how they were doing. When we got our dogs delivered from them, they seemed very happy and well taken care of! In a very stressful time of an international move, I’m glad Airpets was there to help make things easier.

Sophie has been absolutely amazing throughout our journey in getting our miniature dachshund - Rolo over to Australia from the UK. Sophie kept us well informed at every step of the way in relation to Rolos scheduled to ensure we met the requirements to allow Rolo to do 10 days in quarantine as opposed to the 30 days. Nothing was too much for Sophie and if we needed anything Sophie was always readily available at the other end of the phone.

We cannot recommend AirPets enough, they are reasonably priced and worth their weight in gold.

Completely exceeded my expectations. Airpets were recommended to me to fly my French bulldog from London to Dubai, even with the recommendation I was still very nervous but they really took care of everything so well.

I reached out approximately a month before the intended flight date. Price wise, they were better than what I’d been quoted elsewhere - it’s an expensive process so I appreciated the costs being communicated so clearly.

Throughout the entire process, communication was exceptional. All of my emails were replied to within the hour with all the information needed. My dog has never travelled before and I had a lot of questions so, again, this was very much appreciated.

Ailise was absolutely brilliant before, during and after my dog’s flight. Upon arrival to the Airpets dog hotel, my frenchie was obsessed with Ailise which was very reassuring. She sent me update pictures and videos of my dog enjoying her stay there, with lots of outdoor space and toys to run around and tire her out before her flight.

No request I made for Ailise was too much - she completely calmed my nerves and made everything so simple. I was able to track my dog through the cargo tracking and get a good idea of timings for when she would be delivered to my door in Dubai.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Airpets and am so so very thankful to Ailise for her communication and willingness to go above and beyond for me and my dog. She made what should be a stressful experience feel so easy.

Lauren at airpets was a great help in assisting us with getting Nacho from London to Auckland. Everything was clear and planned out perfectly and we couldn’t be happier. Lauren is an asset to airpets, we highly recommend

We recently moved our dog from London to SG. It was very easy and straightforward. We provided necessary documents from the vet and the Airpets team did all the rest, including liaising with the SG agent. The team that picked our dog up was friendly and great. We’ve received updates from them as our dog have to stay with them 2 days ahead of the flight. Our dog arrived in a huge spacious crate and did not show any traumatic experiences (thankfully). I was very nervous throughout and thankfully everything went smoothly and drop off was bang on time. Thank you Lauren for organising the move and will highly recommend the team.

We have used Airpets several times over the last few years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lee and his team provide an excellent service which takes the stress out of transporting our little dog to and from Barbados. 100% recommend Airpets to anyone thinking of flying with their pets.

From the start of the process we had our own dedicated person to take care of the process .Sophie Powell helped us through the whole process of flying our 15 year old Poodle back to Australia .In fact Sophie has helped us twice now flying our poodle back to Australia .
From Sophie providing our vet with a schedule to providing help with paperwork and payment for quarantine.
Airpets even took care of Bear for a few days before his flight back to Australia in there kennels Heathrow.
We wouldn’t use any other pet carrier .

We worked with Amber and the AirPets team at Heathrow (bring our pup Maisie over from New Zealand), and they were absolutely great. Amber was really helpful and friendly, and the pickup process couldn’t have been easier.

The collection area was well organised, and Maisie was clearly well cared for — happy, healthy, and ready for a cuddle when we arrived!

The experience with Airpets was nothing short of a nightmare. Emily’s communication was consistently unclear, riddled with errors both written and verbal, which created confusion and stress at every step. My dog Ozzy endured multiple flight changes and an unnecessarily traumatic journey from London to Houston, Texas.
We were hit with unexpected fees almost daily, including a £625 brokerage fee for a broker based in Florida who did absolutely nothing. I had to self-clear Ozzy myself - something I was explicitly told would be handled for me.
To make matters worse, the management team -Jake and Lee - have completely ignored my emails. Their silence speaks volumes about the company’s lack of accountability and care.
This entire ordeal has been deeply upsetting for me, my wife, and most importantly, for Ozzy. I would never recommend Airpets to anyone. They failed us at every level.

I cannot thank airpets enough. We relocated from the UK-USA recently and we have a little dachshund that needed to come too. With him being such a nervous dog and so small - I obviously feared the worst.

Emily reassured me sooo much on this. He had to fly into LAX due to it being too hot into PHX and it was a breeze. I am so beyond grateful.

Everything was explained perfectly, I was kept up to date on his journey whilst at Airpets and nothing was too silly to ask.

Amber and the team provide an excellent service for arrival of animals into Heathrow. I have two snakes (one of which is CITES listed) and so the process was a bit complicated. Amber kept me up to date with their arrival process with clear communication, including an overnight stay at the airport while customs checks cleared. Both of my snakes arrived safe and sound (I used the delivery service) and I would be happy to reccommend them to anyone wanting to navigate customs for reptile imports.

Airpets made the whole process really smooth and helped at every step of the way! Sophie was incredible and always got back to us promptly with any queries we had, and held our hand during every step. Our dogs were really looked after during the journey and we had regular updates and photographs which eased our minds! I can highly recommend Airpets and I would now never use anyone else!

Sophie and her team were great and took care of our pet Jack Russell. He stayed with Airpets on two occasions and seemed happy to be there.

Sophie also managed the return journey from the UK back to Australia, all the importation paperwork, flights etc.

After collecting our “boy” from quarantine in Melbourne he looked in good condition and seemed none the worse for what was a traumatic period for a little dog.

I would recommend Airpets to anyone looking for a pet transportation company.

I recently sent my 2 Jack Russel's from South Africa to the UK to my family. Amber from Airpets handled the UK side of the transfer and the service was outstanding. She gave full details on what to expect when the dogs arrived there. We received regular updates through the customs process. It was fantastic as I am still in SA.
