Erster Flug mit Air Dolomiti von FRA nach GRZ. Nachdem mehrere Flüge laut der Tafel Verspätung hatten, sind wir mit nur 10 Min Verspätung abgeflogen. Dementsprechend auch 10 Min später in Graz angekommen. Personal sowie Pilot waren sehr freundlich, Maschine sah sauber und gepflegt aus. Hatte schon Angst wegen den negativen Rezensionen, aber es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Now is available again after 6+ months of being not usable for Air Dolomiti

Die absolute Katastrophe. Air Dolomiti tut wirklich alles um ihre Fluggäste zu verärgern. Wir nutzen die Airline bisher als Zubringer von LUX zum Drehkreuz FRA, aber damit ist jetzt Schluss. Allein in diesem Jahr wurden Koffer verschlampt, Gepäckstücke zerstört und gefühlt jeder zweite Flug ist unpünktlich. Während ich diese Rezession schreibe, sitze ich in der LH Lounge am Flughafen Frankfurt, komme aus Johannesburg und der Anschluss nach LUX mit der Air Dolomiti ist 3 Stunden verspätet. Danke für gar nichts.

This is the first time an airline company actually mean it when they say they care for their passengers.
Twice last summer we were delayed 5h and 24h... that sucked. We wrote a claim to get a refund for our spendings, it took quite some time but now we finally got the money. I will definitely fly airdolomiti again.

Flight canceled, and the replacement flight was 8 hours later; even that replacement flight departed 45 minutes late. They offered a ridiculous EUR 10 compensation for the wait. No apology, and the crew didn’t even greet passengers upon boarding. They deliberately create unusable forms to prevent customers from claiming compensation. One month later, still no response regarding compensation despite multiple follow-ups.

Terrible Airline. Avoid if you want to get to your destination on time.
2 flights, 2 cancellations. No reason apart from them deciding to use the plane for a different route. The first cancellation resulted in an over 7 hour delay for a 1.5 hour flight. There customer service is terrible, no effort in trying to find you a good alternative and nearly 3 months later, I am still waiting for my compensation I am entitled to under EU law.

The flight was very smooth from check in until landing. The flight attendant Francesca was super friendly and helpful since I got a connecting flight. The service is also fantastic since they are friendly and professional. Thank you Air Dolomiti

Jeder flug hat ohne eine Begründung Verspätung oder wird gleich komplett annulliert

Leute bitte bucht diese Fluglinien nicht mehr.
Man bekommt auch absolut keine Informationen warum ein flug verspätet oder annulliert wurde

Boykottiert diese Fluglinien

Imbarazzante come anche Lufthansa, per puntualità e assistenza.

Faccio la tratta Francorte Torino da due anni ormai e non mi è mai capitato di prendere un volo in tempo. MAI.
Sempre ritardi che iniziano con 30 poi 60 e certe volte 90 minuti.
Vergognosi. Non c’è l’opzione 0 stelle sennò l’avrei data sicuramente.

Erst Bekanntgabe über Verspätung des Fluges von Bari nach München. Dann nach 3 Stunden irgenwann Boarding. Nach zwei Stunden im Flieger sitzen, wird plötzlich der Flug mal wieder annulliert... Kurz vor Mitternacht muss man sich in Bari um ein Hotel kümmern, nix zu Essen, keine Betreuung, keine Infos, kein Service.
Zusätzliche Kosten, Verspätung von über 24 Stunden, jede Menge Ärger.
Diese Airline ist leider inzwischen eine Zumutung und sollte keine Flüge mehr anbieten dürfen! Hat nichtmal einen Stern verdient!

A few months ago, I booked a flight from Trieste to Athens with a connecting flight to Munich. While waiting at the airport, I was informed that due to a smaller aircraft, I would need to take another flight from Bologna. This resulted in a 3-hour bus journey before I could board the flight from there.

At that time, I was assured that I would receive compensation of €250 to cover the additional costs and inconvenience caused. However, to date, I have not received the payment. Despite multiple attempts to contact your company, I continue to receive the same response: "We will revert soon."

I kindly request immediate action to resolve this matter and for the compensation to be processed without further delay.

This morning, October 21st, I was on flight LH9461 from Venice Marco Polo to Munich.
My daughter became really unwell due to motion sickness. The staff on board were the kindest. At no point did I ask for help or anything else. But The staff came to check on us several times, bringing water, wipes, and other things they knew from experience could help my daughter.
This crew truly deserves to be recognized.
As a mother in the middle of chaos, I sat with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and comfort because of the staff. Once again, a huge thank you. I wish you all the best in life. Such warm-hearted and empathetic people.

Nie wieder!!!

Flug von Kalmar nach Frankfurt 2 x verschoben, danach gestrichen ohne weitere Informationen. Nach Aufstand der Fluggäste wurde uns ein Bus von Kalmar in Schweden nach Kopenhagen in Dänemark angeboten. 4 Stunden Busfahrt! Im Bus wurde gesagt, wir müssten uns selbst um ein Hotel kümmern, da in Kopenhagen ein Kongress tagt und alles ausgebucht ist, auch das Vertragshotel. Wir mussten am Flughafen übernachten….Hölle…wir konnten erst um 5 Uhr einchecken, um 6.40 Uhr ging der Flug. Die Erholung war dahin. Waren in Summe 18 Stunden unterwegs, Normalerweise insgesamt 5 Stunden. Air Dolomiti und Lufthansa…nie wieder….die sollten besser pleite gehen als sowas abzuliefern….

Die Verspätungungszeit läuft schon wieder nach oben .Von Frankfurt nach Triest hatten wir schon 1,5Stunden Verspätung mal sehen wie viel es dieses Mal wird. Wir machen keinen Air Dolomiti Flug mehr. Am besten abschaffen.

Air Dolomiti was delayed and I missed my connecting flight. With most airlines, it's a bit of a struggle to get EU (passenger right) compensation in these situations.

It’s unbelievable how Air Dolomiti is always late when flying to or from Luxembourg. It’s one of the few options for people living in Luxembourg to reach Frankfurt Airport for connecting flights to the rest of the world. As a frequent traveler, I dread flying with Air Dolomiti, constantly worrying about missing my next connection or arriving home late after a business trip. Their punctuality is consistently poor, and it’s really frustrating.
