We have always found Agilico to provide an excellent service in a prompt, honest & friendly manner. The engineers are very knowledgeable and generally come to site within 24 hours of notification.

Like many, we have adopted an Agile Working Policy, and Agilico supported our development of an online mail portal and integrations into our finance system and CRM, plus they continue to provide our print / scan equipment. Our Account Manager Jake is always helpful, efficient and through them we have been able to access a broad range of services, much more than just photocopiers.

Fantastic service from Malcolm. Out yesterday to assess a problem and get the printer operational then returned today to replace some parts. Kept me in the loop about what the issues were and fixed promptly.

Excellent Service from the Team in the North East, after we were let down by our existing provider with no toner and zero expected due date, the team quickly sorted out an emergency loan device full of toner to support us.

I have been with Agilico for a few years now and the service is next level. Nothing is too much trouble or too small of a job. Jeff Boggis, our usual engineer is an absolute credit to Agilico. He's usually always here the same day we request a callout and always updates us with what is going on keeping us in the loop.

We have recently adopted the Invu Verify system. I only wish that we had found it sooner! Simplifies the accounting process for accounts payables from start to end. We now have no need to print any invoices, authorisation of invoices is clear and streamlined, and no more cluttered mailboxes. It will be easy for us to demonstrate our invoices are appropriately coded and authorised for future financial audits. Would 100% recommend.
