We’ve worked with Agilico (and previously United Carlton before the acquisition) for around 20 years, using their managed print services for the supply, support, and maintenance of our copiers.

The service has been consistently excellent throughout. They’re reliable, responsive, and easy to deal with.

One thing that really stands out is the continuity in their team. You’re assigned an account manager who stays with you long-term. There’s none of the high turnover you often see with other suppliers, so you build a strong working relationship over time.

It’s rare to have such a long-standing relationship with a supplier, which really reflects the quality of service they provide. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Agilico to any business looking for dependable managed print support.

We have worked with Mike Salmon at Agilico for many years now and increased our business with them so they now supply our managed print service, our phones solutions and we also use Verify to process our purchase invoices.

Good communication, swift response

We used Agilico to purchase and install a new managed IT and print system.
The project was well managed and supported by our main contact Darren. He talked us through the options in clear language without pressing us for tech that was excessive for our needs.
He and Jamie were on hand for install day and seamlessly transferred us from our extremely dated system to the new one. Their positivity and willingness to overcome all issues on the day was commendable. All explained to us in terms we could understand. The ongoing support for the minor snagging has been exemplary. I wish all tech support was like this!

The most horrendous company I have had to deal with in the last 10 years of business.
I have been with Agilico by default due to them buying up other companies, for about 8 years.
We used them for their Cisco phone lines and Horizon system for out of hours to transfer our phone line to our on call line. There were multiple outages during our time with them, slow response time and they were expensive compared to other solutions out there.
Then came the fun of trying to leave their service 2 years ago to go directly to Microsoft. Now you would have thought given that they also offer Microsoft solutions, that they would know what they are doing. But alas no.... They had random addresses linked to my phone line which they had never been given before and it took them months and months to work this out and make the corrections to enable me to port my number. They then kept getting my contract confused with that of another company. Then to ultimately leave them (which you can only do annually although my original 36 month contract had long expired) they ask you to fill in vague forms and contact them 90 days before your annual renewal date. (A 90 day cancellation window I could stomach but 90 days before your once a year renewal- for a communications company?! What a joke and complete lack of ability on their part.) Now I did this, and you would think that being a telecoms service that they would be able to communicate their own process to their own team but no... 2 months past when their cancellation date was confirmed with their colleague they are still emailing me with new bills. I have asked to raise a formal complaint to them but they have yet to email over the complaints policy I requested. How convenient for them.
When looking to write this review it's clear they have taken their review options down from many other sites.
I will never recommend this company and I highly recommend other people source another communications provider. Sadly this service is a total shambles.

Agilico helped us migrate to Microsoft - the transition was smooth and straightforward. The helpdesk is quick to respond to queries and always resolve them.

We have worked with Jake at Agilico for many years now. The company are great to deal with, if on the rare occassion we need to call anyone out to look at the copier it is super quick usually same day service. Jake has been an excellent customer contact and keeps in touch with new products and services.
