Definitely Recommended, Excellent Service
Delivery arrived in good time and was installed with no fuss, product excellent as expected.
Engineers delivering and installing the copier were friendly and professional.
I'd definitely recommend Agilico to any business looking for a printing / copying solution for their office.

Efficient and quick support
Ben was quick to respond to my email and had organised an engineer visit for the next day. The engineer was able to resolve the issues quickly and even returned the same day when we noticed something else that needed sorting.

Great Support
Agilico always offer great support. The engineer arrived promptly for today's visit, handled the issues efficiently and with experience, and left us a fully functioning unit. He was professional, but friendly, and did not rush, taking his time to analyse the problems fully before implementing the solution. Thank you.

Hi I do really love how the Toshiba estudio5015AC works and how it scans and print jobs from computers and I do not have an issue with it is a very fine printer indeed.
However there are a few issues that I do have with this printer when I use it in the public library there is away in which too Print if you

Working in a different office today and…
Working in a different office today and our printer decided to not play ball. Called Agilico, answered prompt, and Malcolm Donohoe was sent to our rescue! With no hesitation, he got straight to work and found the solution to our problem. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, all repaid with a lovely cuppa.

Donated Smart Tablet
We were donated a smart tablet to our nursery at Bandon Hill Primary School. It is honestly amazing, kids these days are so tech savvy so when this arrived they were playing on it straight away and learning through playing as well. It has been a great addition and we wanted to thank you so much.

Not Good
Since they acquired Diamond Group service has been appalling. Sit in an IVR for 5 minutes to get through to someone who cant help you, then off to someone else equally unable to help you.
Not asking for world peace just some cyan toner please...

Excellent service
Jeff attended site on the day that I submitted the request. Jeff quickly resolved the problem so that there was little disruption. He spent time asking me if the set up was how I required it so that the end users would be confident using the printer. Jeff has a professional and friendly manner, which is appreciated when work is being undertaken in an environment that involves children.
