EXCELLENT SERVICE
I sent an email about 7.30am 16/03/2021 asking for a tech to look at the office photocopier that day as it was not working at all. A reply came back saying someone would be with us that same day. They were. A part needed replacing and was ordered and tech re-visited on 17/03/21 and job was completed by 11am. Excellent service. Thank you

Reported the issue and Matt the engineer contacted us to arrange an appropriate time to visit. Arrived on time and completed work politely and quick. Also gave me some guidance on how to get the most out of the machine.

Perfect Service
As a big company with more then 50 Canon printers on site, we very often having problems with any of printers. Contact with them very easy, email or phone, you can get very quick answer. Most of the times you can get engineer on site same day. Our Engineers Ben and Gavin always very friendly and quick to fix all printer problems. Very happy with DMC Service.

Excellent Service
We have been customers of DMC (formerly BCL) for at least 25 years. They have always guided us in choosing the right photocopiers/printers for our business needs. They take time to understand our business before recommending the equipment. When we have any issues, the service team and the engineers are experienced in helping sort out the problem.
