I reported the problem that I was experiencing to my Account Manager, who arranged an appointment with one of his Engineers.

The Engineer provided remote support, he quickly identified and solved both the immediate and underlying issues that were causing the problems that I was experiencing.

Our company have been using Agilico for years and have never had a problem, we recently needed to upgrade one of our photocopiers the process was so smooth from discussing my requirements to it being in the building, plugged in, connected up and ready to use all within a couple of weeks. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process. The engineers were fantastic too and happy to show and explain how it all worked before leaving.
