Still no paper bill after 4wks don't think I've had cause to give…
I don't think I've had cause to give anything other than 5*s in the last 5yrs. However I received my email - your bill is ready - on 30 June. After several attempts to open it I rang up and a lady said there were a few problems after an update and I asked for a paper copy. I did a survey and mentioned the bill hadn't arrived. This survey I have given 1 star because it has still not materialised. I thought maybe 2wks but it's more like 5 now. I have managed to find out how much I will be paying for the next 6mths, £16, but I like to see all the figures, usage/ charges etc. Please expedite. Becky has replied to the above and is asking billing to look into this so hopefully I'll be back to my usual 5* rating soon. Thank you Becky.

I hmave informed Affinity water of a leek and nothing is being done
I have informed Affinity water of a leak on the Langley Park Road down the end where the Red Lion is outside the new static homes site since the 30 July but nothing is being done. Each time I phone after waiting for a considerably time for my call to be answered I get a different response. A man I'm told is a manager called Erin has been very good and helpful but others have lied to me which I find very distressing. They say the are waiting for a permit from the council that can take up to 6 weeks in the drought season. I am horrified at the amount of water that is being wasted. If they have visited the site they should leave a sign like to the police do and give information on time the leak was reported and what they are going to do about it. Ben at Buckinghamshire council said that Affinity water was lying and that they don't need a permit for digging up the road and was very rude about the company. Please fix the leek and STOP waisting thousands of litres of water every hour.

Leak fixed relatively quickly
I was really surprised at how quickly Affinity Water responded to my report of a leak in the road outside my house. They took a while to fix it but they did fix it and made a neat job of it so all in all a good service.

Very slow to respond to requests
Very slow to respond to requests, even major ones like moving house, yet very quick to send out letters demanding payment for bills on the property you're waiting for them to move your account to.
Phoning is a waste of time as they don't answer, and the chat is run by an AI.
They also seem to ignore multiple reports of leaks that have existed for years, yet ban the use of hosepipes.
The sooner they're re-nationalised, the better.

I had to ring you 3 times and each time…
I had to ring you 3 times and each time I was told the waiting time was 20 minutes. Then after about 18 the waiting time went up. I don't want to spend all that time holding a phone to ask a question.
