All I can find is that they don't tolerate abuse from customers, I find this is only mentioned by companies that have terrible customer service.
This company has the worst customer service that I have ever come across, I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that its customers have no other option but to deal with them.
They should be stripped and the water service given to a company that gives a damn.

Abominable
UPDATE: I had a response to my review that was from someone who hadn't read it, as it referred to the app, which I hadn't mentioned once. I assume akin to the website it is also a dumpster fire.
Abominable. New and "improved" website will not allow me to login as regardless of browser I am unable to verify that I am not a robot. Have been raising the issue for weeks via repeated calls but the only response I've had is the IT department emailing me to tell me that my issue is now resolved.
Shockingly it is not.
I can only conclude at this point that Affinity:
1) no longer want to be paid for water
2) believe me to be a robot
3) Should fire whatever muppet brought their new online system in and restart the old one

I have been trying to pay my bill for the last week and still am not able to. Twice I have been told by advisors that I will be called back, and twice I have not. This is very unsatisfactory

Good response to my report of a water leak
My late night call to report a water leak in my road was answered by a real person who was able to take all the details. The leak was fixed within 48 hours.

The app doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. I needed to set my details and the app doesn’t let me pass through a question “relationship to the property”. When I clicked in the option “tenant” that’s the last step the app let me do.

They created an invoice in my name at an address where I have never lived. I asked for it to be removed and for the bill to be cancelled, but they told me there was no way to do that...
