I had a very bad experience
I had a very bad experience, I have an ongoing leak from in my property . Damaged my kitchen cabinets and I call every day and no one can give me a clear answer. They continuously lie to me and so frustrated. Worse experience I ever had with a utility company

If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. After 20 plus years of bullying and targeting my property because it is on a private road and easy to constantly do works to fix supposed leaks that they have never found in 20 years, just to fill their leak fixing quotas, the latest dig was carried out nearly 2 weeks ago. No one has been back to cover my drive, it has been 2 weeks exposed. I believe after another challenge from me that they hate, because they know that there was never a leak, they have now left this to go on and on because they can being a large utility company they can do what they want to little resident. Its appalling behaviour.

There’s a water leak on Gerrards cross…
There’s a water leak on Gerrards cross High Street outside the packhorse pub, that has been bleeding water for well over a month. It has been frequently reported by both myself and many neighbours, yet nothing has been done!

From bad to worse
From bad to worse, and still cannot access the account. I have wasted several hours with Affinity water on the phone, each time they claim the issue with my account access is fixed and need to wait another day. A day and weeks goes by and nothing, still doesn't work. It's been months now, and even though I have set up a CCP I cannot access the account to see the reason for their high charges and now we have received a letter stating this CCP could affect our credit score, we don't even know what other payment options are available... as we still can't access the accoung

History of Failure
Failure to fix a leak. Failure to fit a stopvalve. Failure to turn on arranged and agreed date to fix problem. By far the worst company to deal with - incompetence at every level. Desperate. If this goes back in to state ownership then all staff must be sacked first - you HAVE to start again.
