My first time ordering from Acegolfs
My first time ordering from Acegolfs. The golf pants arrived and I loved them! The color was as described and the quality of the material was very nice - but they were too big. Andy took care of everything without question! I will order more from Acegolf!

I’m impressed on how well Nikki handle my situation on my cancellation of my order. The wrong address was stored on their website and I didn’t check the address before paying and checking out. Dealing with Nikki email was much easier then talking to a representative.

Not only Roxanne promptly exchange my item for a different color she offered a very lovely option to donate the top, rather than send it back, as a first time customer. The Customer Service at Acegolfs has been fantastic!
The Customer Service at Acegolfs has truly impressed me. The first was a delivery concern, with the issue ending up being on my end. The CS people were patient and helpful throughout the exchanges. The second was the request for an exchange in sizes. Kenxi was very prompt, communicative and ended up exceeding my expectations. A great experience!

Customer service amazing
I have just started playing golf and purchased my first golfing outfit from Acegolf. Not knowing the fit I ordered a size too big. I contacted customer service to enquire how I could return the dress and get the correct size. They very kindly sent me a new dress and requested I donate the larger one. Amazing service. I love my dress so much.

Amazing Service
I have been most impressed at the prompt reply email to my message explaining I did not request the correct size for one garment on my recent order.
I have also been amazed that the replacement garment is also in the mail before I requested an address to return the incorrectly sized garment, which i am now permitted to keep.
I cannot remember such an excellent service from any company in Australia from which I have ordered online.
Thank you so much and I will certainly recommend your business to all my golfing friends.
Kind regards
Bev Holman
