I ordered two skorts and a top
I ordered two skorts and a top. Delivery was prompt to my door. The 17 inch ruffle skort fitted well in a medium. However the crisp couture pique skort in medium was too small in the waist. Jeawel organised a replacement promptly. Great service.

Merci Jewael

Satisfaction guaranteed!
A size medium top was a little too snug and I wished for a size large. Jelza took amazing good care of me. She responded to my inquiry immediately and very professionally! A larger size is being shipped free of charge. Your company provides excellent customer service! I have not been disappointed with the quality of their products or interfacing with staff. I highly recommend ordering from Acegolfs.

Thank you for being a part of the Acegolfs family. Enjoy your new gear, and we'll see you back on the green soon!
Dreadful company
Dreadful service , you have to email your return request , if you ask a question the same person doesn’t answer , everyone states different rules this company is a NIGHTMARE, to deal with .
If you order the same style in a different design the sizing varies greatly .
DO NOT USE !
They are NOT based in the UK , if you have to return an item more than once you have to pay extortionate mailing fees to China , they DO NOT HAVE A UK BASE FOR RETURNS !!
I will never use again !!

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you have encountered.
We are deeply concerned by your comments regarding sizing inconsistency across different colors of the same style, as well as the confusing communication from our support team. The fit for the same style should always be identical regardless of color, and receiving conflicting information from our staff is completely below our service standards. We are addressing this internally with our support team immediately to ensure clear and consistent communication.
Unfortunately, based on the information provided in this review, we are currently unable to locate your specific order details to investigate and resolve this for you right away.
We want to make this right and provide a quick, satisfactory solution for you. Could you please reach out to our support team at [service@acegolfs.com] and mention "Attention: Flavia" in the subject or body of your email? Flavia will personally take over your case to verify your order and handle your return/refund immediately.
We hope to have the chance to assist you directly and restore your trust in our brand.
Warm regards,
Flavia

Love this golf dress
Love this golf dress. The navy & white is smart & the style is very flattering.
Unfortunately the Medium was a bit too clingy so I contacted customer service chat and they have agreed to send me the Large.
I’m looking forward to receiving it.
