The dress feels like crepe paper
The dress feels like crepe paper. Quite rough material. I was excited about it but disappointed by the quality. I’m a 14 and Medium is slightly snug. Delivery was good but expensive for one item.

Happy with the ordering process and…
Happy with the ordering process and delivery. Order was not suitable for me so I had to refund, but because I paid by PayPal I was not able to refund at the shop so I wasted a journey. On calling customer service they were very helpful.

Slow delivery and lack of clarity
I placed the order on the Saturday (2-4 days delivery). I’ve had an email on the Tuesday to say one of my two items has finally been dispatched. And there is no tracking information for it. Doesn’t meet the standard of most of the fashion industry and online ordering these days.

Careful when returning items as awful experience !
I ordered two bikinis ( 2 tops and 2 bottoms) in different sizes . I kept one set and returned the other set ( 2 items) . However I have only been refunded for one and they are refusing to refund the other item as they said it wasn’t in the parcel . This is untrue and despite asking for further evidence on their warehouse process they are refusing to give me any concrete evidence . Really really poor customer support or trust .
