I was a big fain of Accressrize but not now. I ordered £63.20 for 2 items because I didn’t want to pay for delivery. Delivery was free if we spend £40. After paying they said 1 item is not in stock so I’ll pay for delivery. It’s your system problem. Why should I pay for delivery.

We can confirm that although one of the items in your order was unavailable and had to be cancelled, you have not been charged for delivery.
When an item is cancelled by us and the remaining order value falls below the free delivery threshold, we do not retrospectively apply a delivery charge. Having checked your order, I can confirm that no postage fee has been taken.
We appreciate that it's disappointing when an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed. Our stock levels are updated regularly, but on rare occasions an item can sell out before the order is picked, resulting in a cancellation. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
