I've attended a few webinars provided by ACAS, which in the main have been very informative and helpful. The presenters are clear and keep the slides moving at a decent pace, however, I would prefer to speed up the polls - if they haven't voted in the space of 2-3 mins, they aren't going to.
It does seem to be a hiccup with all presenters forgetting to turn their microphone on - they seem to need reminding by other staff to do this. But after this hiccup, each presentation has been great. I've learnt a lot from them and it has reinforced my own knowledge which perhaps I wasn't confident enough with.
Joining instructions are clear on the email, handouts available during and after the presentation too.
Look forward to attending more.

ACAS are the go to place for the detail you need to be sure of being legal. Therefore when they put on a training course with a legal topic you want to attend no matter how experienced you are - keeping up skills and knowledge are important to avoid simple errors.

I will always trust and follow ACAS advice - its never failed me yet.

Great information, succinct and full of information. Not overly long and easy to understand.

After about 5 minutes and being hung up on thrice I managed to get through and spoke to a lovely lady, sadly the advice they had couldn't be more basic and obvious.

Attended a Webinar on Sickness Absence; was extremely well presented in an easy to understand format and ran by a presenter with a good voice to listen to ( ie. not one that put you to sleep ! ). The information presented was interesting and very useful; all in all one of the best Webinars I have attended - highly recommend!

I would like to thank my individual concilator finally able to talk to her and get to a settlement and the team lovely bunch of people and going through what I did they made it reassuring I was heard regardless of not winning the case but got money that was worth the trouble it will help me a lot

I attended a great webinar this morning around managing sickness absence at work. It was well rounded and very informative and reiterated and confirmed a lot of our establishments policy and procedures giving a greater understanding of how and why they implemented.

Very helpful clear and concise great advice I have learnt something new today!
