The item I purchased arrived before the estimated delivery date. I bought the wrong adapter. What a breath of fresh air this company is....... Explained my error - Friendly, helpful and sending out a new adapter. Can't ask for more than that. Would defo do business with this company again.

Occasional sound engineer here. I received an unexpected booking for a gig and needed to use a mixer which is almost 20 years old and I hadn't used for maybe half that time....and then I suddenly remembered I'd given away the mixer's quite unusual power adaptor a few years ago to a musician friend who seemed to need it for her gig. Aaargh! And the manufacturer, Yamaha, no longer makes this particular power source. Meanwhile, although there are still models of the original adaptor available for sale, they're extortionately priced, plus delivery times are way too long to chance. Then I realised AC ADAPTORS R US had an OEM version available for a small fraction of the price! So far so good. Then, I checked the specs carefully. So long as the description was accurate I believed it would work. Next I placed an order + sent a slightly cheeky (slightly desperate!) request for then to expedite the order. Within 24 hours I received a professional polite and sympathetic response. In a couple more days, I received the adaptor. Now for the moment of truth. Plugged it in, switched the unit on - and everything lit up successfully for the first time in a decade. I can't thank AC ADAPTORS enough! Great products and excellent service. This is an honest to God independent review. If in doubt just buy folks. And Thanks again AC ADAPTORS.

I needed a replacement adaptor for my Pure radio and the first item sent wasn't quite right, which was probably my fault. This was corrected at speed; AC Adapters seem to be great at understanding customers' mangled phone descriptions of what they're after! Would definitely use them again, far better than my past face to face experiences with the large High Street electrical stores.

I ordered a charger on Amazon for my Luna device it came the next day but failed to work so I contacted Ac adaptors after some crossed wires on my part they sent me another charger which has charged my devise fully
Note to self if someone asks for the order number please don’t send them their telephone number because that’s what I did !!!!!!
