Quick delivery and got exactly what was advertised. I had purchased from Amazon and got a Chinese knock-off that wasn't right. The charger I ordered from you guys was an original. Thanks a mil.

With so many adaptors on the market, ensuring that the correct one is selected can be tricky with all the nuances particular to every adaptor. However this was easily resolved by AC adaptors, who requested a photo of the adaptor that I was replacing. Received the correct replacement very soon after placing my order. AC adaptors followed up to check that everything was OK. Adaptor arrived pronto and extremely well packaged.

It is disappointing to say the least when pretty much every negative review is met with FAKE REVIEW, while I can accept that might be the case with a few (we all get them) they are not all fake, also a bit of consistency would help here, there are numerous fake reviews that are 5 star and positive posted by your auditor friends and fans, but these don't get flagged.
The comments saying that the negative reviews relate to a member of staff having a YouTube channel and being nothing to do with AC Adaptors R Us omit to point out that member of staff is in fact the owner. It is disappointing when a business owner goes out of their way to upset other companies and their staff and then gets upset when it happens to them. Clean up your act Nigel and concentrate on your adaptor business, you may have to in the light of recent events anyway.

Terrible experience and I hope that no one else has the experience of buying a product and not receiving it because they sent it to the wrong address. I only queried it when I got a notification advising that order was delivered and I had paid £16.99 I contacted the seller and they were very unhelpful and they said that I could order a replacement but as far as they are concerned they have delivered the order.
They have accused me of being a scammer and to go and scam someone else.
I ordered through eBay so be careful with what you purchase online because I am without my item and £16.99 out of pocket

AC Adaptors had the product I was looking for, at a price I was willing to pay and delivered it (almost) on time (courier's fault, not AC) so I cannot fault their service and well worthy of a full 5* review.

I found AC Adapters R US a pleasure to deal with. I ordered a simple cable which came promptly. Unfortunately, my Panasonic Camcorder could not recognise it. I simply what’s app’d them and they sent me another. This did not work either and I suspect the issue was at my end. Without any quibble they refunded me.
