Great products and great customer service! I had a problem with my order and they quickly resolved it

Our Kettle stopped working after a few years so Aarke replaced it FOC !

I had some issues with my kettle. After seven months of use, I discovered a small spot of rust. I promptly contacted the service department, and to my delight, I received my new kettle in just one week! It was the best support I’ve ever received.

Aarke has definitely earned a customer for life. I have quite a few product offerings and I am impressed with all of them.

While I have seen other negative reviews, I have to say our customer service experience with Aarke was absolutely fantastic. We absolutely love our machine and use it daily. Yodel recently failed to deliver our canisters but the Aarke representative Klara was responsive, polite, and seemed genuinely invested in getting our issue resolved. She even followed up with us after delivery had been received just to ensure everything had gone smoothly. We've had a number of nightmares with other companies, but I genuinely feel Aarke customer service is a cut above the others I have dealt with recently, and we cannot fault the look or function of out sparkling water machine. We will absolutely be continuing to do business with Aarke in the future after the experience, and our experience with Klara at customer service is a significant reason behind that decision. While the Yodel delivery service leaves much to be desired for the canisters, I understand Aarke has very little choice in who they use based on the classification of the canisters. If they are able to get that sorted, you're looking at a true star of a company.

I love the products, but delivery time is too long, I purchased a coffee machine 10 days ago and still no delivery, very disappointing that no one from the customer department are answerng my emails.

I ordered a replacement jug after breaking the original one and also had to ask for a replacement handle as the original failed at the base. Excellent customer service and the both parts arrived in very good time. Despite the minor issue with the failure of the handle, very pleased with the product overall.

Terrible customer service, on the second use my carbonator 3 stopped working. Customer service have now not responded after i sent requested pictures. There is no issue with gasket it is simply faulty, incredibly frustrating.

Quick delivery. Package was missing filters but customer service ordered me a new pack immediately. Good service.

Very professional brand and great support service.

I bought a new carafe jug from the website for my filter, cleaned it, filled up, and the handle cracked off without any force. The delivery of this item took weeks as opposed to the 1-3 days and they only sent it after I enquired about my delivery. I then emailed them after it broke as it was quite bizarre and must have been a structural issue with the glass or damaged during delivery, and I received no reply. Not very impressed with such an expensive brand, will stick to Brita.

Just bought a kettle from Aarke which is my first experience of the company. The kettle wobbles on its base and the counter. I have asked customer service to look at options, and they have not come back to me, even after numerous emails. Not very good!

Very disappointed as when I opened the box containing my order of a kettle and water filter, it was clear that the kettle was not brand new! The box had been opened, there was no plug cover or instructions and there were finger marks on the handle. I tried to call but no phone details are available. I contacted customer services via their website on the 22nd Jan 2026 and again a few days later and still no reply. I also sent a DM via Instagram but nothing. The lack of response gives a really poor impression of the company and as for sending out a used kettle...words fail! And I see from another comment that this is not an isolated case. I would really appreciate a reply with details of when I will receive the new kettle I ordered and paid for. Thanks Heather
Update - following my review I was contacted by Maria who was very helpful. I ended up going for a refund as I wasn't wanting to risk being sent another used kettle. I am very happy with the water filter though and love that it's not plastic.

I have accidently dropped the lid of my Aarke purifier. After contacting the customer service they replaced it for free within only hours. Best customer experience so far! Great products with great reliability.

I bought a large water purifier. The glass jug is supposed to come off for easy cleaning, but it is completely impossible to take it out, so I now have to clean it by hand which is frustrating. I followed all the instructions to try and loosen it up, warm water soak, oil, etc. Nothing works, it is completely stuck. Apart from breaking the glass there is no other way to separate the glass jug from the holder once it it in. Bad design.

I purchased a water purifier and when i opened it, i was horrified to see what looked like mouse droppings inside of it. When I reached out to customer service about this, I was hoping they would have something in the way of an explanation as to why this couldn’t have been the case or any indication that would take this seriously and look into. Instead I received a very rude response. I would have considered repurchasing if they had taken this seriously. It’s honestly worrisome. Some might not clean out the carafe as well and being exposed to mouse droppings can be dangerous.

I have been around now for over 70 years and I must state that Aarke products are exceptional and well constructed. Above all their customer support team personnel are definitely professional in finding or determining a good course of action for both the company and customer. Keep going don’t change.

Had a missing part on my new carbonator and contacted customer service who were excellent and immediately fixed the situation and gave recognition to the unfortunate problem. All handled very promptly and professionally. Thanks !

Carbonator broke down within 30 days! This product looks good, but it didn’t meet expectations. Hopefully our new carbonator will last longer.
