Qualitätsproblem Wasserkocher Kettle
Wasserkocher bestellt. Leider waren die Füße unterschiedlich hoch, so dass er einen unsicheren Stand hatte, vorallem wenn das Wasser gekocht hat. Mir wurde ein Austauschprodukt versprochen. Leider seit mehr als drei Wochen keinerlei weitere Rückmeldung von Aarke, trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage. Das defekte Produkt wurde von mir bereits zurückgesendet. Nun habe ich 225 € weniger auf dem Konto und keinerlei Möglichkeit Wasser zu erwärmen. Dies schränkt mich leider sehr ein. Ich bin enttäuscht, insbesondere bei einem Produkt in dieser Preisklasse.
Es gab nun eine Rückmeldung und ich denke das eine Lösung gefunden werden konnte. Der Kontakt ist nett und professionell gewesen. Ich hoffe mit dem neuen Produkt ist alles in Ordnung.

Great service, disappointing product
Perfect service via email: quick, competent and helpful. Downside: Product itself lacks robustness. Plastic inside Carbonator Pro broken and now trash. Gratefully a replacement was cheaper than original 300€.

After reporting a fault with the kettle (under the 5 year warranty - being in the second year) the response was prompt, positive and informative. I was offered a replacement and the process involved in ordering the replacement was as straightforward as it can be. Well pleased.

Fuite de gaz due à un joint torique de 7/4 mm HS sur l'axe qui appuie sur la valve de la bouteille de CO2 .
Après 6 mois d'utilisation, le joint 7/4 du pivot est a remplacer.
Un peu décevant pour une machine de ce prix.

superbe bouilloire mais SAV un peu laborieux
Bouilloire superbe avec dws reglages de chaleur àpartir de 40° qui garde bien la temperature. Enpanne au bout de 2 ans, elle s'est arrêtée de fonctionner du jour au lendemain.
Je suis dans les délais pour la garantie, le SAV n'estpas super reactif mais il répond. Il y a aussi un couac entre le vendeur (cadomus.com) qui ne se dit pas habilité pour prendre en charge cette bouilloire, et Aarke qui me repond que le vendeur est censé faire le remplacement.
Bref SAV un peu laborieux du coup et je peux enfin renvoyer ma bouilloire pour un échange.

Aarke a été exemplaire!
Aarke a été exemplaire en terme de service clients. Après 5 semaines de problèmes de livraison a cause des sociétés de livraisons multiples, Aarke a suivi la situation en permanence afin de trouver des solutions. Malheureusement, rien n’a abouti et j’ai été remboursé. Les sociétés de livraisons à Paris sont malveillantes et cela devient insupportable. Aarke a un suivi client exemplaire et je les en remercie.

Great product, Great customer service!
The carbonator is a great instrument. We enjoy carbonated water so this has saved us a lot of money and we are able to avoid buying plastic bottles. We had an issue with the unit sealing a bottle when it was screwed in.. Customer service was on it quickly. After a couple emails troubleshooting, a full unit replacement with free shipping was the decided plan of action. THAT is great customer service!
