We had amazing product support for our Carbonator Pro that had an issue. The service was extremely responsive and the very satisfactory solution was provided hassle free. We have enjoyed our Carbonator and are a total fan of Aarke now with this service.

Meine Kaffeemaschine ging nach knappen 6 Monaten kaputt. Es ist unmöglich das Kundenservice zu erreichen, die Firma hat KEINE NIEDERLASSUNG IN DEUTSCHLAND und der Kontakt erfolgt NUR PER EMAIL. Emails werden nach ca. 10 Tagen bearbeitet. Und dann wird nach A gefragt, man antwortet und kriegt dann eine Email nach 10 Tagen, man braucht doch noch B usw. usw. So kann man in 2 Monaten 3 Emails austauschen. Man ist als Kunde ausgeliefert. Bewertungen auf der Internetseite von Aarke selbst werden nicht veröffentlicht (wenn sie umpassend sind)! Schade, bei den Summen Null Service ist schon erbärmlich.

I needed a part for the water filter that was not offered for sale. Customer service immediately apologised the item was not for sale at present and sent me one free of charge, it arrived within days.

I bought the Aarke Carbonator 3 expecting a premium experience, but the customer service has been anything but. After my device started leaking from the top, I contacted their support. Despite sending clear videos of the defect, I was stuck in a loop for nearly two months. The support team kept demanding close-up photos of the internal seal—something impossible to capture without basically disassembling the machine. What I didn’t want to do because of the risk affecting my warranty or damaging the device further just to prove a defect I had already shown on video. It felt like they were intentionally making the process difficult to avoid a replacement. In the end, I gave up on Aarke and went to my retailer, who replaced the defective unit immediately without any hassle. For one of the most expensive products on the market, the support level is honestly shocking. Great design, but if it breaks, you're on your own.

The metal bottles are a game changer for an already brilliant design and concept. The after sales service was exceptional, in particular Klara! Very helpful and friendly :)

Excellent customer service. The e-mail contact with Vasia was very nice. Thank you so much for sending me the spare part. I can happily use my Aarke water jug again now.

Vi havde en danskvandsmaskine der desværre pludselig stoppede med at virke.
Min mand mailede til aarke og fik lidt råd ift. at forsøge at reparere den. Efter adskillige forsøg måtte vi erkende at den ikke kunne komme til at virke igen.
Aarke har sendt os en ny.

We had a truly excellent experience with Aarke customer service. We had a few minor issues with our new Aarke kettle (nothing major, but for a product in this price range, everything should really be perfect). The customer service was fantastic. Very helpful, super friendly, customer-oriented and straightforward. The exchange is currently underway, and I hope the new kettle will be flawless but at least for the great service, I'd like to already give them 5 stars!

Der Service ist gut. Die Ersatzglaskanne für meinen Wasserfilter ging nach einem Monat kaputt.
Nach Reklamation habe ich umgehend kostenlosen Ersatz erhalten. Danke

I experienced a product malfunction after owning a kettle for 6 months. Aarke requested pics of serial numbers, 10 second video of failure mode, pic of reciept and quickly followed up with a replacement. The whole experience was smoothly / professionally choreographed and appreciated. Well done Aarke!!! and well done Heather :- )

Havde problemer med Carbonator Pro, jeg prøvede at få Elgiganten hvor jeg havde købt den, uden de kunne hjælpe udover at give pengene tilbage. Kontaktede Aarke,der straks tog ansvar og sendte en ny efter at have fået serienummer. som service fra en hel anden planet ifht. Elgiganten. Det var outstanding service fra AARKE, fremadrettet vil jeg købe mine produkter direkte.

Unfortunately, I had an issue with my glass water filter after a few months of use. I contacted customer services and they have been very helpful. Came back with practical solutions, and we got the issue resolved. Very happy and the matter was sorted within a few days, thank you Vasia.

We were recommended the Aarke purifier by our friends, and we are so glad they did. We absolutely love it. We wanted to replace our previous plastic jug filter and are much happier using a high-quality glass one, which also doesn't need plastic filters. The customer service has been outstanding.

Ich hatte von Aarke den Wasserkocher. Leider hat er nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr funktioniert. Ich habe mich per Mail an den Kundenservice gewandt und das Problem geschildert. Nach Angabe der Seriennummern und einem kurzen Video habe ich 100% Discount auf ein neues Produkt erhalten. Ich bin sehr begeistert davon, wie schnell und unkompliziert das funktioniert hat. Wirklich toller Service. Jetzt freue ich mich sehr darauf, dass mein neuer Wasserkocher bei mir ankommt.

Machine went down and Heather took care of me. My machine was a day old and under warranty. She looked into the matter and sent me a replacement. Couldn’t ask for anything better. I rambled she listened and took care of me. Thank you. So far all is well and wife loves the machine.

Wederom blij met Trust en beoordeling over een produkt waar problemen mee was het customer service reageert niet. Ik had dit produkt willen bestellen maar door deze reviews heb ik besloten om dit produkt niet te bestellen. Ook een minpunt produkt wordt gemaakt in China plus klantenservice die niet reageert.

Ik heb geen ervaring maar wel de reviews van andere gelezen vandaar dat ik een beetje sceptisch ben geworden met bestellen.
