Had an issue with a water filter, contacted Aarke, they got back to me the same day and my issue was dealt with professionally and promptly. 1st class service, I wish more companies where like this. We have 2 of their products and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them .

We had a delivery issue, the aarke customer service immediately triggered a reshipment, we were able to have the product in the same week. Super efficient, I really commend and recommend them.

I found their customer service to be very rude. They didn't seem at all interested in helping their clients. When I asked them questions they simply said i should try another service -- if I wasn't happy. The return of the canisters was cumbersome and very unclear. I really gave them a shot but they are terrible. Don't use them.

I absolutely love this descaler. First of all, it is beautifully designed — the look is elegant and high-quality, and I really appreciate that it is also environmentally friendly.

Secondly, the customer service is outstanding. I wanted to have a second holder for the descaling powder because there are two different powder types and I would like to use both. Even though this holder is not normally available as a spare part, they simply sent me one. I found that incredibly kind and helpful.

Finally, I use the descaler every day and I am extremely happy with the results. My coffee machine and kettle are no longer affected by limescale, and the water tastes much better.

I switched to Aarke to source CO2 Canisters not associated with complicity in the Palestinian oppression. The canister delivery and returns have been satisfactory and straightforward but moreover their customer service has been excellent with prompt replies and resolutions to any issues I've encountered. Excellent experience with customer service after I lost part of the water filter. The company responded quickly and sent a replacement part free of charge. Very impressed.

I recently ordered an Aarke carbonator together with two bottles, and we are very happy with the purchase. The machine truly feels like a premium product. It’s beautifully designed and fits much better in our kitchen than the typical plastic soda makers.

The quality and finish are excellent, and it feels very sturdy when using it. We’ve been really pleased with it so far.

We also had to contact customer service regarding a small matter, and the support we received was both quick and very helpful.

Overall a great experience – both with the product and the service.

Wir hatten einen Wassersprudler gekauft, der leider nach 25 Monaten defekt war. Nach der ersten Enttäuschung waren wir jedoch positiv überrascht: Der Kundenservice (Monika) hat schnell reagiert, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Austausch des Geräts lief absolut unkompliziert – wir haben innerhalb kurzer Zeit ein neues, einwandfreies Gerät erhalten. Tolle Kulanz 👍

My newly purchased Carbonator 3 unfortunately didn’t work when it arrived. After contacting customer service, I quickly received support and was able to order a replacement free of charge. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. The team was very friendly, responded quickly, and resolved the issue without any hassle. Overall, a very positive customer service experience.

Man kauft keinen Aarke Carbonator. Man investiert in ihn. Das zumindest redet man sich ein, wenn man das Geld auf den Tisch legt – für das Gerät, die Flaschen, das ganze Zubehör. Ich wollte etwas Gutes. Etwas Nachhaltiges. Kein billiges Plastikding, sondern ein Gerät, das hält.
Es hielt nicht mal bis zur ersten Benutzung.
Das Gerät kam defekt an. Was ich dann erlebt habe, hat mich mehr enttäuscht als der Defekt selbst. Der Support bat um Fotos, um Videos – alles geliefert, alles dokumentiert, stundenlang. Und dann? Kam der Tipp, ich solle eine Fahrradluftpumpe nehmen, um eine Blockade zu lösen. In meinem nagelneuen Gerät. Ich saß da und dachte: Ich bitte euch.
Natürlich hat das nichts gebracht. Also bat ich um Austausch. Eine vernünftige Bitte, wie ich finde. Daraufhin: keine Antwort. Ich schrieb nochmal. Nichts. Nochmal. Stille. Irgendwann hört man auf zu zählen.
Jetzt steht das Ding in der Küche herum, die Flaschen daneben – teuer, nutzlos, eine stumme Erinnerung daran, dass ich SodaStream verlassen habe. Zehn Jahre, nie ein Problem. Nie. Ich weiß nicht, was ich mir dabei gedacht habe.
Aarke sieht gut aus. Das stimmt. Aber schönes Design ist kein Ersatz für ein funktionierendes Produkt und erst recht nicht für einen Kundenservice, der sich nach dem Kauf noch für einen interessiert. Wer das hier liest: Kauf dir etwas anderes. Ich wünsche niemandem, was ich gerade durchmache

I had an issue with my 3-month old Carbonator Pro. I received a response within 2 working days, with clear follow-up questions (asking me to send a video to determine the problem). Another response followed promptly a day later, with an offer to replace the product. Very good customer service, not a bot but a real (sensible) human! Hurray.

Ma boîte aux lettres a été vandalisée et malheureusement je n’ai pas pu récupérer ma commande… J’ai contacté le service client qui m’a immédiatement répondu et a résolu le problème je vous remercie infiniment de votre rapidité attention et réactivité ! My experience with Aarke is that their products are of high quality. When my Aarke Carbonator Pro despoter that unfortunatly broke down, I recieved fantastic help from Aarke’s support team and a problem-solning solution that I am very satisfied with.
