Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice von Aarke.
Bei einer meiner Flaschen ist der Standfuß abgebrochen. Nachdem ich den Support kontaktiert habe, erhielt ich sehr schnell eine freundliche und unkomplizierte Antwort. Mir wurde direkt eine Ersatzlösung angeboten – sogar kostenlos.
Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm, hilfsbereit und professionell.
So einen Kundenservice erlebt man heutzutage wirklich selten. Vielen Dank dafür!

Aarke filters are superior and provide excellent filtrations. Since I started using them, I have not had to descale my kettle once.
I use it for drinking, for making tea, and for my cat water fountain.

Over two months, I purchased an electric kettle, a large water filter pitcher, a set of nesting glasses, and the nesting carafe. I started with the water filter pitcher on the recommendation of my doctor and then knew I had to try more Aarke products. I am thrilled with all of these purchases. They are stunning to look at (important because the carafe and kettle sit on the counter) as well as cleverly designed. I needed assistance only once from customer service and received feedback and a solution very quickly. I've had no trouble removing the insides of the pitcher to clean it once I got the hang of it.

Buying European today is challenging and should be supported. Delevery was super fast. The kettle had a cosmetic default and I had to return it. Aarke support (Vasia) assisted me throughout the whole process with patience and dedication. On the form to fill, I asked for being reimbursed but instead got a gift-coupon. Finally I decided to give Aarke products another chance to convince me and ordered a new kettle. Waiting for it, fingers crossed !

I purchased a Carbonator 3 from AARKE back in 2021, and although the device developed a small issue within the warranty period, I initially received a voucher as compensation. Unfortunately, I lost it at the time.
Years later, I reached out again, and to my surprise, AARKE resent the voucher and even applied it to my new order without hesitation. The customer service was incredibly responsive, professional, and generous, even though they easily could have declined.
Aside from that minor issue with my first unit, I’ve been very happy with their products. This level of service truly stands out, I can wholeheartedly recommend AARKE!

I’ve had a great experience with Aarke so far. The design is beautiful and feels very high quality compared to other machines.

What I love most is the convenience, I can sparkle my water whenever I want, add flavours depending on my mood, and the glass bottles are perfect for keeping in the fridge.

It’s honestly become a staple in our home. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive, but for me the design and everyday use make it worth it.

Best customer service I’ve experienced this far in my life

I had an incredibly positive experience with Aarke in replacing a lost filter part that occurred during a move from one state to another. In unpacking at the new address, the filter holder was nowhere to be found. So I contacted Aarke Customer Service and they were understanding about the problem, telling me that as soon as this part came in, they would contact me and let me know they were sending it to me. You can imagine my surprise when shortly after that, I was contacted to let me know they were sending me the missing part AT NO CHARGE. I fully expected to pay for the part after having gone through numerous contacts with Customer Service previously (being a pain in the UNOWHAT) to explain my situation and that I was perfectly willing to pay for the part. Customer Service was so kind and willing to please that I was surprised to learn that the part had come in and was being shipped to me AT NO CHARGE. The invoice was written up with zero charge. Since I was expecting to pay for the part, I am delighted about my experience with Aarke concerning this matter.

Excellent product, and excellent customer service. I was so impressed with the water purifier that within a couple of weeks I had purchased two more as gifts. I live in a hard water area, and our kettle has never been as limescale free. I would strongly recommend both the products and the company

Wir haben im Herbst 2025 die Aarke Kaffeemaschine gekauft. Jetzt im März 2026 hat sich der Griff des Kaffeefilters gelöst. Nach einer Mail an die Reklamationsabteilung bekam ich nach 2Tagen die Antwort, daß ein neuer Filter kostenfrei auf dem Postweg zu uns wäre.
Nach also wenigen Tagen war das Problem gelöst. Wenn die Produktion genauso gut wie Design und Reklamation wäre, könnte man 5 Sterne vergeben. Von der ebenfalls schönen Thermoskanne können wir nur abraten.

-Produkt kam bereits geöffnet an.
-Produkt war mit Fingerabdrücken und kleinen Kratzern übersäht: keine Neuware.
-Kundensupport gut, aber nur nach Aufforderung Geld zurück.
-Geld noch nicht erhalten, soll 10 Tage dauern.
-Meiner Meinung nach keine Premium Marke, da sie keinen dementsprechenden Kundenumgang beherrscht.
-Gutschein am Ende für 15% erhalten, aber ich kaufe dann doch lieber woanders.

The products are beautiful, accessories too, and I had an issue I needed sorting, and Monika went above and beyond to help, which is rare nowadays.
