Do not touch this company. We waiting 2.5hrs for our car then a mini bus picked us up instead of bringing our car. Not meet and greet. Absolute con! To top it off their phone number just rings or the rude people put you on hold and cut you off. My car was covered in mud as left in a dodgy yard in luton.

Absolutely terrible. If I could give no stars I would. Booked for meet and greet. Phoned when 20 minutes away and they wanted me to drive to some car park in Luton 15 minutes away from the airport. When I said this isn’t what I booked and paid for they said “that’s all we are offering, if you don’t want it park elsewhere” and put the phone down on me. Had to use airport long stay parking at £35 a day! Tried to request a refund on their website only to be told no. Now trying to chargeback through my credit card company. Avoid at all cost

Poor from the start. I rang to drop off car and went to ine part of airport then 12 calls later told no go to another psrt of airport costing me £21 in total. And I was late for my flight . Car is not kept locally as 30 miles done in it and covered in mud when i got it back . . Call handlers poor English and not helpful. Avoid and pay the extra for local parking .

We had a very dangerous and bad experience with this company - first on the way to the airport ( with kids!) they were 45 minutes late to come and collect the car and we very almost missed our plane! We also had to pay an EXTRA £10.50 for an exit ticket due to their unorganised and unreliable drivers!!
On the way back home, we arrived at Bristol airport around 1am and called them as soon as we landed- we were waiting for nearly 2 HOURS in the cold dark airport with no communication with them. We called them multiple times with no answers. Then this man shows up at 2:30 in the morning to say that our car won’t start and it needs a jump lead! This is the companies responsibility to make sure that they are ahead of schedule and make sure that the cars are working!!!

The man told us that we had to get in his car and he will drive us to where are car is parked- we are a family of 5 with multiple suitcases. He said that the drive is only 5-10 minutes. It actually ended up being a 45 minutes drive all the way down in Weston super mare!! (We started in Bristol) We drove through the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night, practically a forest! It was very dangerous! When we got to the car parking it was absolutely rubbish! It seemed they had rented a farm of some sort with very muddy and wet fields, packed with extreme amounts of cars.

I could not suggest staying away from this company more! Please DO NOT book with this company!

Long wait for vehicle to be returned , then the near full tank of fuel on drop off now used to nearly fumes !
Seats put up and obviously been used as a shuttle bus!

Awful service - do not use this company! We almost missed our flight due to them being an hour late to meet us with the car. On return, we waited an hour and 10 mins for them to drop the car off. Communication is terrible and very dismissive and rude.

Very disappointing experience

I would not use this parking service again.

I booked parking for two weeks at Luton Airport and paid £141.95. I put 13:30 as my collection time because I wanted to allow enough time in case my return flight was delayed.

Fortunately, everything went smoothly and I arrived back earlier than expected, at around 9:00am. When I went to collect my car, I was told that I had to pay an additional £20 because I was collecting it earlier than the time on my booking. I found this very disappointing and unexpected.

After paying for two weeks of parking, I did not expect to be charged another £20 simply because I arrived early.

The parking area is also on a dusty, unpaved surface, and after two weeks my car was covered in dust and dirt when I collected it.

Overall, I paid £141.95 for the booking plus another £20 when collecting my car. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

If only there is zero or better minus stars as they do not deserve even 1 star. This is not a legit company. Do not touch it with a barge pole. I booked a space on 22 Aug with cancellation cover. I realised that this is nothing like the Airparks process. You need to call the driver to arrange pick-up at the parking point to take you to the terminal and you need to pay the barrier costs (£20 altogether on top of whats already paid). No info on how car will be checked in to carpark. Reading other negative comments like waiting 50 mins for the driver also put me off so I contacted them via chat to cancel. Was told that there would be cancellation fee of £15 which I also did not realise and worse, if the booking had a discount, the whole amount would not be refunded! They gave me a discount code before booking without warning me about this. The agent said I will get confirmation of my cancellation and amount to be refunded (if any) within 24 hours but the email never came. I do not want to take the risk of my car left with them and us not being picked up on time. I consider this a scam and will be reporting them to the authorities. I took the time to post this here so others won't get into same situation.

Damaged my car! Awful company. When the car was collected the guy drove it into the car park, left it in the middle of the road, handed me the keys and walked off. I immediately noticed there was damage to my car and tried to call and message the number provided but I have had no answer and am now having to look at legal options / insurance. Do not use this company.

I advise everyone to not go there to park their cars. They have really bad service we were stuck at the airport for three hours waiting for someone to pick us up and even when someone picked us up it was a third-party bus. When we tried to complain, they said that they simply did not care and to get the managers number ourselves. Another lady was picking and dropping people off at the airport. I don’t know what company she was we asked her whether she knew anything about when the coach for A1 will arrive she said you could be waiting for hours. I’m not surprised. She had a lady here who was stuck with two kids for four hours and she took her and looked after her making sure she got a taxi and got home safely. we were already stuck as we had already paid and we couldn’t book a taxi because we had run out of money and the people there kept ignoring our calls. when we asked where are you? They kept saying 20 minutes we’re coming in 20 minutes but we waited up to 2 to 3 hours.

Couldn’t give a lower rating.
This is not meet and greet.
Be prepared for very long waiting times for collection and return.
Delays in collection can also lead to paying excessive parking due to their fault.

Phone for driver went unanswered. Every call to London number was answered by a different person and most hung up as soon as it became apparent there was a problem - all gave a different answer on where the car actually was.
Left stranded at Bristol for nearly 90 minutes with kids and baggage.
Car was filthy with wing mirror hanging off.
Plus £17 in short stay fees.

DON'T USE!! 0 out of 5. The meet & greet company we had prevously used for Bristol Airport (>10 times & never let us down) - A4 Parking - seemed to have gone out of business so we booked A1 thinking it would be a comparable service... how wrong were we! We were asked to phone 40mins ahead of arrival - alarm bells started ringing when the chap asked to meet at the short stay exit (not the drop & go area like A4) - this after we could barely understand him speak. When we got there we had to phone 3 times to ask where they were and there was an anxious lady there with her family who had been waiting much longer than us. When they finally arrived (at speed) in another customer's car ~20 mins later, one of the guys approached us (an older, dishevelled looking fella who had a very poor grasp of English) while we witnessed the customer of the returned car remonstrate with the driver that he could see on his app that they'd racked up at least 50miles in milage while he was away, had tampered with the back seats and had caused some damage. They then still expected the customer to pay the short stay exit fee! After witnessing first hand the negative experiences of 2 customers before I'd even given over my keys, I refused to trust them with my car and cancelled on them there and then. As we were by now pushed for time I ended up having to use short stay which cost hundreds but at least my car was safe and the return leg was straightforward. A thoroughly unprofessional outfit - should not be allowed to operate.

Totally rubbish service and would not recommend. My family along with 3 other families waited over an hour for car to be dropped off to us. Then when checking they told me the battery had died which was apparently my fault! Offered to take me to car in another customer’s car 🤬
After calling again the service desk said my car would be another 10mins. Absolute shambles and terrible customer service. Also had many issues getting them to answer the phone. Will NOT be using again

We called 30 mins before arriving at Bristol airport to be told we didn’t have a booking, we had to prove via screen shots on what’s app, then after many calls and also having to pay extra car parking fees we had the car picked up by someone that had no clue what was going on.
I checked on my cars app on my phone to check where it had been parked, but got a message saying it was in deep sleep mode to save battery power, which worried us whilst we were on holiday.

We then landed in Bristol 2 weeks later, my husband called the parking people who said they had no booking for our car, after going round and round in circles we were told we would be met in 40 mins in the car park.

1 hour later and many calls to a1 parking we were still waiting in the short stay car park, it was 2am and freezing, we then managed to track the car on our app to 7 miles away, it then moved to an esso garage 5 miles away and stayed there for around 30 mins.
My husband called the contact number yet again, to be told our car had broken down and it was up to us to sort it!!! They jump started it and then got to the car park, we drove home with the car showing warning lights and struggling, then it wouldn’t turn on or lock, low and behold our battery had been drained and has cost us over £100 got a new one. This car had zero issues when dropped off it’s only 2 years old and in perfect condition

Wow, I have not come across this level of unprofessionalism and bad customer service in a long time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My fault for not reading the reviews before booking, otherwise I would not have gone anywhere near them. Even 1 star is too generous!
The website crashed the first time I made a booking, AFTER taking a payment, of course, but no confirmation email means I wasn’t aware this had happened. I’m still waiting for the elusive refund.
Still no confirmation email to confirm the 2nd booking was received, but luckily, I saw the payment had ‘successfully’ been made before the website crashed a 2nd time. I had to call to get confirmation and was then sent the location on a WhatsApp message, otherwise I would not have known where to go in the first place.
You turn up to a dusty carpark (Luton Airport) with little to no security, and hand over your keys hoping your car is still there when you arrive back from your trip. You then have to pay £20 per person for a shuttle to drop and collect you from the airport – a big surprise! Also, as the website shows ‘ Our Park and Ride Luton Airport service combines affordability and simplicity. Just park in our book lot, board a free shuttle, and you'll be at the terminal in minutes’ …spoiler alert – it’s NOT free!
You’re provided with a number to call (0117 990 4018) when you get back from your trip to get the shuttle to pick you up from the airport, but of course no-one answers that number. Fortunately, the number on the website (02080 982540) will eventually be answered if you stay on the line for long enough – no guarantee though!
In short, save yourself a lot of hassle and DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY! Read the other reviews, it’s a disaster, I don’t know how they’re allowed to even operate.
Apparently, LBS1 Trading LTD is the booking agent and is liable for the payments and "meet and greet parking" and "park and ride" booking procedures but cannot be held the responsible of complaints against any car loss or damages. STAY AWAY!!

An absolutely disgusting service. They take your money and don’t respond to any calls. They keep you waiting for them in the cold and you have no idea when they will arrive. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I booked a Meet & Greet for dropoff/pick up at the main terminal on Saturday 22nd August 2026. I called 45 minutes beforehand to confirm I would be there at 11am and this was acknowledged by their representative on the phone. There is a £7 charge for 10 minutes so I called again as soon as I arrived only to be told that I now have to drive to their parking lot 10 minutes away as they were unable to fulfil their obligation to Meet & Greet me at the Terminal. Really terrible service that meant I needlessly paid a charge and no notice was given. I have no idea what's going to happen when I return. The shuttle bus was full of people who had the same experience with this company!!!
