My booking was cancelled by the company just hours before I was due to drive to the airport. I have been trying to get my refund for weeks.

I have contacted them repeatedly and have been given different explanations and told on several occasions that my refund is “coming”. It still hasn't come.

The customer service I experienced was extremely disappointing. I found the responses rude and felt that I was repeatedly being passed from one person to another without the issue actually being resolved.

I have now started looking at escalating the matter through my bank.

I booked because the company appeared legitimate, but my experience has been extremely stressful

DO NOT BOOK with A1 Airport Parking!!!

Under no circumstances do u use this firm to park ur car with....we got back to the airport at 05.00am was told they would be with us in 15 mins...an hour and a half later still no show so we had to spend nearly £50 to get our own taxi there. i rang multiple times and they kept putting the phone down on me..in the end i ended up calling the police and they rang them for me..police rang me back and was told "oh theyll now be with u in 5 min...another 20 mins passed and still no pick so thats wen we decided to get a taxi.....wot an absolute $hit show....this really is a cowboy outfit, we were even told by other firms they really are the worst of the worst.if u book with these on ur heads be it cus the reality of it is they are just awful....AVOID..AVOID...AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!

Very disappointing experience. If you are considering using this parking service, allow plenty of extra time, as the transfer to the airport can take much longer than you expect.
Unexpected £20 transfer charge – You have to pay an additional £20 for the airport transfer, which was not clearly mentioned before purchasing the parking.
Parking is on a farm – You have to drive approximately half a mile along a very muddy road full of potholes. Not what you would expect when booking airport parking.
Only one shuttle bus – There is only one shuttle bus operating, and the transfer can take 1–1.5 hours. We were told it could take around 30–40 minutes, but even that is only if you are lucky.
Very difficult to contact them – They advise customers to call around 30 minutes before arriving, but it is very unlikely that someone will actually answer the phone. This adds even more stress when you are trying to catch a flight.
Very poor customer service – Overall, the communication and customer service were extremely disappointing.
My advice: think twice before using this service and make sure you allow a huge amount of extra time. With the delays and poor communication, you could genuinely risk missing your flight.
I definitely will not use this parking service again.

Don’t use this company. They don’t answer the phone at drop off & worse at pick up. We couldn’t get through for 40 minutes, when we did it was difficult to communicate with call centre. Took 90 minutes to get car back after we’d collected bags. We had to go to location of pick up to find a driver / anyone to help get home of company. We met 2 other dissatisfied customers who also could t get hold of company to drop car back.

Very poor experience – I would not use this service again.

I collected my car on 4 September and afterwards discovered that a phone charging cable and some pound coins I kept in the centre console were missing. My dash camera had also been switched off while the car was in their care, and a used Costa cup had been left inside my vehicle.

I called the company and was told I would be sent details to make a formal complaint. I then emailed them myself, but I have still received no response.

This is completely unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that their car and belongings will be looked after properly. The fact that they have not even replied to my complaint makes the situation even worse.

I would not recommend this Meet & Greet parking service.

Used this company for Bristol airport.
They phoned us while we was on our way there to find out how far away we was. We was only a few mins away so they waited for us to get there.
Handed keys over to them and straight onto the bus within minutes. Straight to the airport with no problems.
On return the bus was already there and waiting for us when we arrived at the pick up point.
Handed keys for our cars and was on our way.
We did take into account the waiting time for the bus to take us to the airport and booked in for 7am even though we wasnt due to fly until around 11am.
Will use again.

AVOID AT ALL COST

I don't have much to say they got me late to my flight waiting for someone to pick us up nobody came now still waiting for my refund. Had to spend even more money to get to my flight.

We called 45 minutes before arriving but driver was an hour late. Because we had an issue with my boarding pass, this ate into our contingency time and we nearly missed the flight, i had to literally run to the gate cutting all the security lines on the way. The parking cost £25 because they were so late. I must say, they were very efficient on our return but the parking cost is worth considering as it is £8.50 minimum. That's if they are on time. The car had quite a bit of mud on it. All in all I would pay more for silver parking next time.

AVOID !!!! I thought I’d found a bargain for a meet and greet at Bristol Airport however when I looked further at reviews I decided I wanted to cancel . Inspite of me contacting there staff 3 times I have still not been reimbursed I would not trust my car to this company.

Today I received a fine for entering pick up drop of from luton airport.
At the time I was still abroad.
So they used my car for their convenience without my consent. Of course I appealed a fine and I'll see where it will go. All supportive evidence sent to.
Don't use their service walk away!!!!

Awful waited an hour at the airport came to my car it was parked in a bush and a massive a scratch on the car was not their previously would strongly not recommend

Be very cautious if you browse or start a booking on their website. Shortly after looking at their site, I received an unsolicited phone call from them attempting a hard sell to secure my booking.

The pushy sales tactics immediately raised red flags for me, so I decided not to risk it and booked with a different, reputable provider instead. A genuine, professional parking operator shouldn't need to resort to high-pressure phone tactics just to get business. I strongly advise shopping around and using a trusted service instead.

Excellent service definitely recommend.parking was very cheap.shuttle bus was little bit late but it’s ok you can’t expect very quick one in this price.

I have today instructed Avon and Somerset police to investigate this company for their shoddy practices. Honestly guys, don't bother complaining to these cowboys, I will save you the hassle. Just go straight to the police.

They damaged my brand new car as part of the meet and greet service, and are refusing to deal with the complaint. I have called over 20 times. Live chatted over 20 times only to get the same answer over the last 3 weeks. Someone will call you back in 12 hours.

It's all lies. Every single one of these reviews is correct. The staff are rude and vile, and I suspect that a lot of them don't have the correct drivers licence based on what I read here.

I have also contacted Bristol airport and the national cyber security centre to take down their website, as they are still free to trade and scam even more customers.

Avoid at all costs unless you want your holiday ruined and want to pay for your car to be repaired out of your own pocket.

Booked them for Bristol Airport. I was told to call them 40-45 mins prior my arriving. I was calling 2 different numbers like 20 times with no answer. I was panicking a bit then someone finally answered when I was 20 mins away from airport. Guy said that that I should have called them 40mins away. When I told him that I rang like 20 times he said they may have weak signal!! I had to wait 25 mins before airport for them to arrive! When collecting the car been waiting extra 15mins on top of 45mins they told me. Car arrived with muddy wheels as if it were driven across fields or something. 100% not recommended!!!

This company is currently under police investigation for being illegal.

I was directed to park in a very run-down car park and was made to hand over my car keys. To find out on return that my car was moved to a random location somewhere around Luton, and the police were unable to locate it.

When calling the company, I was told that I was unable to collect my car and that they would drive it home for me. When questioning them, they didn't offer an explanation.

Please do not use this company and consider using an alternative parking.

I would give zero stars if I could.
Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff member repeatedly put the phone down on me during calls, to the point where I genuinely thought it might be a scam.

The service was around 45 minutes late, and when I called to follow up, I was spoken to quite rudely and told, “I already told you it’s going to be 5 minutes,” before the phone was put down again.

Overall, a very unpleasant experience and not a service I would recommend. I also noticed multiple scratches on the vehicle.

This company has been shut down by police do not book it, they have been operating fraudulently, moving and using cars offsite to nearby pubs and local car parks.

I don't normally read or write reviews, so it's my own bloody fault!

If you do decide to 'retrospectively' read reviews after the excitement of booking what you thought was a complete steal for airport parking (me being that tool) - and subsequently deciding against it, be prepared to have a 15% cancellation fee and a wait of (quote on quote, "within 5-6 weeks")

6 weeks so far and still no refund - in the hopes the customer forgets I suppose!!

Worst airport parking experience ever, so unprofessional almost made us miss the flight out charged us an additional £29 without prior notice and when we got back took over an hour to drop us our car. DONT NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!
