The delivery was on time, but unfortunately, the fleece wasn’t what I expected. It’s also much shorter than I thought it would be. Unfortunately, it’s not even worth returning it because the return shipping cost is so high.

I ordered the pink bubblegum fleece at 6pm on a Thursday when it was released as it was previously sold out. I received the package Saturday morning, not even 48 hours after I placed the order. Great and quick service, will definitely be ordering again.

The returns process is horrendous. There is no information on the website re custom charges and I am now in a position where I have two fleeces to return that cost £102 and the postage and customs charges to return come to almost £50. It’s an absolute joke and the customer services have avoided the questions re this on every email I have sent them

ordered the reed full zip fleece in june &returned in june was tracked by on post to have arrived back to them on 19th june &still no refund after sending numerous emails, i cant believe this is allowed this day &age would not order from them again &have many times!!!

Quality is awful and fleeces become unwearable after only a few wears. They are also hand-wash only which is crazy. A premium lifestyle brand they definitely aren't!

I had ordered a fleece for my sisters birthday which was unable to be delivered as parcelforce couldnt find my flat aparantly! I have emailed this company several times now and only had one form of communication back to say to have it redelivered by royal mail. I have attempted this twice and royal mail are not responding! It is very frustrating that this company choose to ignore your emails when asking for a full refund. I will not be ordering from them again!

Have purchased from this company several times but this will be my last. I placed an order on 16th September and despite paying delivery charges this order hasn’t moved. I’ve emailed the company but no one has replied. This item was for a birthday present which will not be received in time now. Do not believe the advertised delivery times this company states.
