The product I ordered and received was lovely for my partner but she needed a smaller size , so I have returned the item which I tracked recorded delivered was delivered to yourselves on the 5th Octob

Such fast delivery, I ordered at 12.50 on Tuesday and received the delivery at 13.30 on the Wednesday. Really gorgeous 1/4 zip, I love it!

Terrible experience returning an item to this company from the UK. EU custom charges along with delivery cost back to Ireland cost me £28, nearly the cost of the £35 jumper I ordered! Unfortunately won’t be ordering from them again.
Update: 4th Arq have now refunded my original delivery charge (£5) and offered to pay the custom cost (£16).

Return price / sizing
Jumper much smaller in size that other XXL- went to return from north of Ireland and only way to return is through post office and it costs £14.40 to return to the south of Ireland
