How quick the delivery was

The ordering process was straightforward, I was kept updated on delivery times. I was disappointed as the fleece I ordered was a medium and it was too big, I had to return the fleece and because I live in Northern Ireland I had to pay postage which worked out a rather expensive purchase as I had already paid postage to receive the fleece. The fleece was a lovely colour and good quality, I am between a 12/14 depending on the make and this product I needed a small , in total I am out nearly £25 between ordering, returning and reordering the smaller size.

I absolutely love 4th Arq fleeces. I have all the different colours and they wash fantastically!! Delivery always speedy and price point is super 👌🏼

Having purchased many 4th fleeces the quality & sizing on this item is inferior to those purchased in the past - I have kept the item but in hindsight I should have returned

Ordered new fabric bubble gum pink half sip and don’t like the new fabric looks very cheap compared to original fabric

The fact that my order was completed and confirmed with a delivery date only to be told three weeks later my order couldn't be filled due to the volume of orders is unacceptable.
Not only that I had to contact the company requesting an update on my order to be told they would proceed wirh a refund.
This is a shocking way to conduct business.

Very disappointed with the quality of my latest purchase - a Lennox ( Cloud )
The quality is really synthetic and cheap, not at all like 4th Arq was in the past - which was great.
Think 4th Arq is now trading on their previous reputation but the product has really detiorated. I have had to return my recent purchase and 4 weeks ago returned a Phoenix - again quality horrible and it’s an expensive business shopping an retuning items with this company as 4.95 € to deliver and again to return - so 10€ for absolutely nothing.
I’ve purchase several a few years ago but now I’m DONE

Excellent quality as always and price never changes so it's a win for me! No wonder I have 8 half zips!

Diaspointing customer service when I ordered the same colour hoodie twice by mistake. Notified my mistake within a minute with order numbers to cancel one order.
Got a NO from customer service so I paid postage twice. Already a regular customer with about 10 hoodies in my wardrobe.
