Delivery was excellent but the quality of the work not so good
The delivery of my bike no problem but yet again how did it get past quality control with the tank pad lifting on both sides and air bubbles within the knee pads ?? I will not send my bike back again I intend to get it sorted at my local Kawasaki dealer

From the moment Debbie contacted she made me feel at ease. After the shock of the accident she was amazing at keeping me calm and making sure I knew she was going to help me in every way she could. She was so professional and did everything promptly and kept me advised all tje way through tje process... Slow for insurance claims
My husband's motorbike was stolen and recovered in July. Hastings sub contracted the recovery to 4th Dimension who said the repairs were too extensive to do, and despite countless phonecalls and prompts and promises they "are going to give the claim a nudge" and they are "going to pay out" they are yet to pay out. The valuers haven't actually been in touch with him yet. They seem to treat bikers like their vehicle is an optional luxury but we've had a very hard few months without transport, as he actually uses it for commuting when in the office. I've been at fault in accidents before which have paid out in a fraction of the time.
Put up a couple of stars because once they reached out the process was rapid and they were super helpful. It's just a shame our claim slipped through the net for so long.

Attentive and professional throughout.
This company were always attentive and informative from the date of the accident I had. George Chambers in particular was very helpful and contacted me by phone when an email was sent to me. He made sure all was clear with some of the more intricate details concerning documentation that needed to be completed. The loan bike was delivered promptly and the drivers were courteous and friendly. Generally 4th Dimension were a pleasure to work with. Thanks to all concerned.
