Beyond awful
Beyond awful. Anyone ever considering using this company should ping me first. High score - but just look at all of none direct comments! None responsive. None committal and have not been able to explain why my bike is still awaiting repair after the other party has admitted full responsibility and the loss adjuster has approved the charges. Customer services please contact me because my bike has been off the road for over 6 weeks!

I contacted the team after a car crashed into me while I was riding my motorbike. I was extremely stressed and anxious as I rely on my motorbike every day and this was my first ever accident.
