* I was contacted within 24 hrs by Terry Ronayne (Customer Relations Manager) who wanted more information about my review. Which I was reluctant to do so at first as I just wanted to wash my hands of 4th Dimension. After he asked again, evidence of the sent the emails that they ignored, photos of the new damage & warning lights, screen shots of the calls durations.

* And guess what I was ghosted again. 10 days without a reply to emails. The lack of respect to their customers is systemic & ingrained at every level.

Inital Review:
4th Dimension are by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

From the outset, I was given misinformation, experienced 45–60 minute waits on hold, had calls disconnected while waiting, and sent numerous emails to both general and individual email addresses that simply went unanswered.

The whole claims process, in my experience, felt designed to drag on for as long as possible. Communication was appalling, progress was painfully slow, and getting a straight answer from anyone was almost impossible.

I was also extremely unhappy to discover that although my insurance policy was sold through a broker, when I needed to make a claim I was effectively funnelled into dealing with 4th Dimension, despite them not being the actual underwriter.

Then came the courtesy bike — an old, poorly maintained bike that didn't even start properly.

Weeks went by with seemingly nothing happening. It was only after I changed how I wanted my claim handled that things finally started moving.

Of the 7 or 8 employees I dealt with, only two spoke to me like a human being and genuinely seemed interested in helping. With most of the others, I felt like I was simply an inconvenience and they wanted me off the phone as quickly as possible.

I specifically asked for my bike to be repaired by a KTM dealer and was told this couldn't happen.

After approximately 7–8 weeks, I finally got my bike back. I was expecting this nightmare to be over.

Instead, the bike came back with additional damage that wasn't there before and warning lights showing on the dashboard. This appeared after work had been carried out involving wiring and/or diagnostics.

I immediately raised these new issues — and once again, nobody called me back. I was effectively ghosted again.

The entire experience has been shocking from start to finish: poor communication, misinformation, unacceptable delays, a useless courtesy bike and, finally, my motorcycle being returned to me with problems it didn't have when they took it.

Based entirely on my own experience, I would strongly advise other motorcyclists to think very carefully before allowing 4th Dimension to take possession of their bike.

Do not let this company take your motorbike away.

Graham was punctual and very patient and polite during my bike collection. Great work.

Graham delivered the bike back this morning on time and on immaculate condition. He was attentive and detailed in all the checks. The repair work is perfect and the bike has been returned in the same condition as when i first bought it new. Great job very very impressed.

fella called Alex came to collect my bike, gave me a call before I showed up got the thing away was a good chat, absolutely cannot complain about that, bloody impossible to call the company in the days before though.

David was great and dealt with my queries instantly and with knowledge. He took the time to discuss my case without prejudice and was as helpful as possible. I am very happy with everything. Thank you again.

Excellent communication from Graham

At first found the guys really helpful. They ran me through the repairs and explained everything that would be done as part of the process. Time has now gone on and found it very hard to contact them for an update. Email only as can never get though on the phone. No one really updates me on repair appart from we are waiting on parts. They have now had my bike for 10 weeks and still have no end in sight. Bit gutted really. The MOT will now have expired on my bike so another thing I will need to sort before riding. Two months of paying insurance and tax and still no bike, or any real update on when it will be ready. The person I am dealing with on email comes back with same answer ever time. Wish they had written it off now. They know I can not do anything as in there hands so now writing to ombudsman as dont know what else to do now. Good luck guys if you have a Ducati........

Graeme delivered the loan bike and picked up my bike right on time, explained everything and was very efficient.

My bike was collected by Tony, who explained the process and loaded my bike with care. He was very friendly and helpful.

Graham, the driver dropped off another bike today, as the last one was too tall for practicality. As always he is a truly affable friendly bloke, and am sure if had met him socially would be good friends. On time, professional and he delivers a great service. A true asset to the company. This 5 star review is purely for the driver, and is not intended to reflect my opinion of the company he is employed by.

Quick delivery of a quality loan bike. Graham was really helpful with the delivery, moved the bike down to my garage for me as I’ve still got a medical boot on.
