Expensive delivery charges.

The service is normally good but charging £7 delivery for a 120ml bottle is a little steep.

Thank you for your kind review and thank you for your order.

We are restricted in couriers for 3D Gloop as it is a liquid adhesive, so use UPS.

Unfortunately, the delivery cost is the same for a small package as it is for a larger, heavier package.

We do offer free delivery for orders over £50.

Great Customer Service

Had issues with the delivery as it was Royal Mail whilst they were on strike. As a result in order to get the product in time for Christmas I phoned and reordered for next day courier delivery with the intention of returning the original item once it arrived. Of course the original then arrived shortly after my reorder. The Customer Service was excellent and managed to cancel / refund the new order and was really helpful.

2.85 filament received ran exceptionally well on my old Velleman K8200.
Will definitely use 3D Printz again

Very quick service

Very quick service, user friendly web site and when I needed to call, the person who answered was very knowageable and helpful. Items arrived well packaged. Items ordered are for a Christmas gift so can't comment on product at this time.
