Great quality at a decent price but...

Great quality filament at a decent price, shipping and packaging was good too.
Only issue, the colour wasn't quite the same as in the picture of the roll online. The final 3d print will always look slightly different to the roll so a picture of an example print would be really helpful.

A pleasure to do business with.

While they were originally out of stock of the item I was after, they were very responsive to communication and gave a good idea of when they were re-stocking. Once re-stocked, parts arrived in good time and without issue. Packaging was good and un-damaged.

Super helpful and best customer service

messaged them as they didn’t have the Saturn 2 flex plate in the website and is was just asking when will they stick them if they will. Moments later a message updating me saying they has some coming in and will let me know when. 2 days later I had a email where they had kindly put it all in my basket for me and said “all you need to do is check out and we will send it today” 1 day later printing models with my new plate. Top customer service

Excellent

Honestly browsing the website was actually nice for once, found what I was looking for immediately and checkout was a breeze with PayPal. Just waiting on delivery now but that’s out of the company’s hands, it’s been great.
