Filament order

I ordered some filament on 24/7/26 and on recieving an acknowledge(presumably computer generated), contacted them immediately as there was a problem. Contacted them again on 27th on their website link which promises a reply within 24hrs.
So still no response.

Vastaus yritykseltä 3D Printz

Hi Paddy, thankyou for your feedback. I hope you have had a nice weekend. Im really sorry you got the wrong order sent out to you. I made a mistake. I replied to your email to let you know that I would send the correct reel that day. I can see that it has been delivered. I also let you know that you can keep the erroneous reel you were sent and dispose of it in any way you like. I hope you have a nice week ahead. Louise
