Great product & support.

I was struggling so much to connect my daughter’s Apple Watch to better-roaming to send/receive calls and texts. I synced the watch and phone soooo many times.
With Astral’s help, he guided me through the steps and we got it working in hardly any time at all. I very much appreciate Astral helping to refund the six months of my betterroaming plan that were waisted from no activity - Such a kind gesture!

With help desk located in London and my location in Brisbane, Australia, Astral took into account our time zone differences and worked around my schedule to resolve the issue. With my mobile provider the extra Kids vard via 1Global didn‘t work, but they tried everything for several days to make it work. I got fully refund of the paid amount and would have really lined to use the tarif if it would habe worked.
So all good for me, very good support and no risk to try!

I have been trying to sit down for business discussions with 1global for months, but they neither respond when I fill out the contact form nor show any interest. A sales representative finally got in touch, yet despite weeks of effort, I couldn't get any pricing information. I ended up turning to alternative companies instead; I simply sent an email, received a reply, signed the necessary documents, and got a quote. There is no point in dragging out a process that should be this simple—it damages the company's reputation.

Issues resolved promptly with great communication and updates
When I initially purchased the service and installed in on an Apple Watch, I was unable to call the service and received an error.
I logged a ticket with the team and they responded quickly with some initial troubleshooting suggestions of which unfortunately did not work.
After providing feedback, additional internal troubleshooting took place and I was asked to check the service again and it was still not working.
The case was escalated internally and I had Astral the service manager reach out to me. Regular updates were provided and after a couple more days the issue was fixed and a further update was provided to test the Service. I was very happy that all is working as expected now.
As nice as it would have been for the service to work straight away, the fact that the team worked diligently to solve the issue is very confidence inspiring and I am sure if there are any future issues, they will be resolved promptly.
The service manager also did the right thing and provided a gesture for the inconvenience.
I would happy recommended 1Global/BetterRoaming for an Apple Watch service or any other service you many require.
