Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! The helpful staff at 123bearing will go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need. Fedex lost my package after it reached my country and 123bearing sent out another one immediately. No questions asked! They responded quickly to my emails and they were on top of it!

no communication they just seamed like…

no communication they just seamed like the middle people i had to deal with customs on my own and pay more to get it here! if your selling me a product than it should be handled by you!

Great company, amazing customer service!

There was a logistics issue with my first order (absolutely not the company's fault). Upon exhausting all attempts to remedy the issue they sent out another item that received unbelievably promptly. Absolutely wonderful customer service, very helpful and aware of the issues and very attentive to trying to fix the problem. In the end going above and beyond to help the customer!
