The website was very easy to use and prices were very good. Experience would have been great, except they fail to inform that you must pay a tariff fee in which is not included in the price. By the time I paid the tariff fees I could have purchased in the USA and paid the same price. Please include the tariff fee in the cost of the product or at least let your customers know that if you are purchasing outside of Europe you will be hit with a tariff fee in which must be paid prior to delivery by DHL. All other vendors we have purchased from outside of the USA, have not hit us with a surprise tariff fee.

Excellent products, fair price, no knock-offs, prompt shipping. The only negative are the tariffs, but that’s not in their control, only the American voters.

Your site has information that makes it easier to identify the correct parts needed and a helpful human to speak to when I called for advice!!

123 bearing is charging twice for the shipping. I purchase twice from this company and both time I had to pay a shipping cost charged by 123 bearing and another charge from DHL. for a $43.00 item. I paid about total of $60.00 just for shipping. I'll not buy from 123 bearing anymore and don't recommend to anyone.

I have been buying bearings from you guys for the last 5 or so years off and on. Everything has been great, with excellent communication, speedy delivery, excellent service, and having everything in stock I have needed. That being said, not sure if I will be buying anything more from you for awhile. Has nothing to do with the company or anything I mentioned above but has to do with tariff's that my country has added to the cost of the products I'm getting from you. The tariff charge was almost the cost of the bearing themselves. Until, those are gone, I'm probably going to look elsewhere mainly here in the states. Again, it has nothing to do with your company but the tariff's. Thanks for everything you guys do and don't stop doing everything.

Great place to find hard to find bearings and seals.you just need the measurements and your good to go.

The price quoted was good and purchased bearings which included the shipping however when they arrived I had import duties that were severely overstated because someone did not pay attention to the pricing are the quotes and it doubled the cost of the bearings. So be careful you have import duties, fees for processing so we can very easily double your cost.

You should not "pretend" that you are in USA by including a US phone number !!! And NOT informing the buyer (from US) the product comes from France and that there will be a "tariff" ..... The tariff and fees was over 80% of the product cost.
Your product and selection is excellent !. Several years ago I was purchasing from 123bearing at a store in California.

I ordered bearings at a decent price but the shipping cost for a package weighing less than a pound was over $30. What they didn’t tell me before I ordered, and which I consider both unprofessional and unconscionable, is that there would be a 150% tariff I’d have to pay when the bearings got to the United States. Had that been in the quote needless to say I would not have ordered from them. Almost $100 for 8 bearings? When I contacted them they didn’t even acknowledge my complaint. Stay away from this company!
