Shipping is expensive

I Im going to give this five stars because they sent what I ordered. The parts are correct, shipped in a timely manner, with updates, packed professionally, and the concern of being fake or clones is ZERO. However, Im just a small repair shop trying to use better quality parts for the same price as OEMs or Aftermarket, taking the time to cross-reference everything as well as doing my homework on bearings. 123 Beaings' website has helped immensely. The shipping kills what Im trying to achieve, and that's not a complaint, merely a statement. I'll also add that I've tried four other cheaper options, all four of which screwed up orders with fake labels, wrong parts, miss matched items and one with questionable authenticity. I preach it often I should listen to my own words going cheap will cost you more.

I found the parts that I needed

I found the parts that I needed, cost was very reasonable, delivery cost was great and delivery time was as discussed, yes I would definitely refer this company to my friends and business associates

I was not aware that the order was…

I was not aware that the order was shipped from France. After paying the taxes&tariffs I would have spent less money buying from an American supplier. Will not buy again from an overseas supplier.

We do ship from abroad, and some packages may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival at their destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over which packages are selected for inspection.

Don't trust the search filters.

I searched SKF only but it always wants to list other bearings in the list so while you think you are looking at SKF brand you add some to your cart. when the order arrives they are not SKF the are some generic junk I can't use.
I prefer the search filter kicks out everything else and just tell me no results available.
