We do apologise that the incorrect item arrived on the
first delivery.
Your replacement order is correct and the issue you
reported regarding the toilet seat will be resolved
once fitted and adjusted accordingly.
If your fitter requires any assistance on how to adjust
the seat correctly our live chat team will be more than
