Was sent the wrong item twice. They did arrange to swap the first wrong item with a replacement, but when this arrived was from a different model that had different dimensions. Customer service agent would not accept that it was the wrong model even though it clearly had a different model name on the box. I gave up arguing with them in the end but would never order from Victoria Plum again.
