Wow, absolutely brilliant company. I would say one of the best if not THE best online. Nothing was to much gor them when I asked questions and ordered. The delivery was second to none, I put in quite a sizeable order and it was delivered within 24 hours. A little bit of customer care was enjoyed from an sbsolutely lovely e-mail from the owners of A&E Leisure. I cannot rate this company highly enough, absolutely spot on customer care. I cannot ate the product until I have set-up sometime in February, I will rate after then.

The Checkout staff had problems with the handsets, in particular the software. They could not use it properly and the time took an age to sort out. Whilst the Staff were extremely apologetic and polite it did not alter the fact that the software was not fit for purpose. There were queues of people waiting to collect, luckily for me I was at the front.

If I could put no stars I would. Went over to the Plymouth branch near Plymstock. (I remember the owner when he first set up.) Over the years, in my opinion, he's got greedy, and whilst his wares prices were competitive in the old days, now, they are scandalously inflated. He recently took over Wilko's, a shop I used to use regularly because of their winemaking products.
I shopped for some clear bottles and saw 6 for £9.99 (or so I thought) When I got to the till, the checkout Lady informed me, they were £9.99 PER BOTTLE. That is absolutely scandelous, and I told them so, it was shocking. I've since ordered 12 exactly the same for 17.90. THE RANGE to me is a complete RIP OFF, remember, he buys catalogue goods that they can't sell.

From the moment I ordered my new bed online, communication was 'spot on' ensuring I was fully informed of when I will expect my order. Closer to the delivery date, the delivery team informed me of my time slot and a reminder was sent on the date. The 2 man delivery team were excellent, taking real care when carrying such bulky items up my stairs and into the bedroom. Roheal and Khizar were excellent delivery persons very professional polite and hard working they couldn't do enough for us. Oh, and for the record, our new bed set is excellent and will be recommending Divan Bed Warehouse to all our family and friends excellent product and customer services.
