Divan Bed Warehouse 

Reading everyone elses reviews I've learnt they have since ceased trading which explains them being non-responsive. My bed was delivered with missing components and despite Customer Service confirming a set of feet, cap screw and U clip will be sent out to me via post, I'm still awaiting the components almost 9 weeks later. Bed still not assembled.

Scam Scam Scam I order a bed in 1st of December 2025 the next day I cancelled it over the phone the merchandiser has sent me the cancellation confirmation email they promised me the full refund will take 30 days but unfortunately it’s over 50 days now they lied I haven’t received my refund at all,
Their website disappeared & the customer service number is not correct, I called my bank they have opened a dispute regarding my refund £344.97 my bank has also want from me their Term & Condition also the email of cancellation from them too,
But I don’t have their Term & Condition to pass it to my bank,
Divan Bed Warehouse website has disappeared noting comes up when googled it,

Bought 3 beds and paid for assembly. Beds were delivered but not assembled. We chased our refund for 3 months plus to no avail, until we reported/disputed via the bank to get our money back.

Be careful dealing with this merchant.

I ordered a bed in November, I was given a delivery date but on the day I had an email stating van had broken down so no delivery but I would get a new delivery date. This never happened. I tried to phone both Divan Bed warehouse and the Couriers by phone calls and email with no response. Nobody answers the phone. I then requested a refund on 15th December which was confirmed and I was advised it would take up to 30 days (which is a long time for a credit card refund). The 30 days have come and gone with no refund. I have emailed several times again but no response. Heavily recommend not buying from this company..... No customer service and pushing me towards the view that they are a scam operation.

I ordered a divan bed in September still have not received my bed and still have not got my refund, please do not order anything from this company its an absolute SCAM, I am currently out of pocket and absolutely raging that they have taken my money and still haven't paid me back. I have spoken to this company twice and both times they have promised a refund I am still waiting.

If I could give 0 I would . Disaster ! I ordered an ottoman bed for 1 of my foster kids , looked great in the pics . Like so many others I’m very dissatisfied. I requested the bed be built as I was unable to do it , was advised this would be at a cost of £50 , I agreed . The bed arrived later than anticipated, issue in warehouse when it arrived the carriers refused to build it . I since asked for a full refund as they had not fulfilled their contract , still waiting since 6.12.25 . No one even answering me now . I’m out of pocket and totally disgusted. Won’t stop contacting them until I am refunded . PLEASE PLEASE STEER CLEAR and remember if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is . Wish I’d listened to my own advice .

This is a scam company. I ordered a bed and headboard from them and was promised delivery within 2 weeks. I heard nothing on my order after 2 weeks and contacted them for updates. I received an email saying there was a delay and I would receive it shortly. Again nothing for a week. I then contacted them requesting a refund as it was taking too long. They agreed and said a refund had been issued. 2 weeks later I still had not received my refund. I emailed again and they responded that there was a delay with their bank and to give it up to 30 days. Needless to say over 30 days later I had not received my refund. I contacted them again and heard nothing. In the end I had to open a dispute with my bank to claim back the payment, which has since been successful.

Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible scam.

SCAMMERS. Don’t even deserve one star. I should have looked at reviews before purchasing but unfortunately did not. I ordered a bed from here on the 18th December and heard absolutely nothing back even after a week. Not even an update or anything to do with the order. When I emailed them asking them to provide any details on my order, I got an automated response saying unfortunately they had no information on delivery time. I didn’t even say anything about delivery I just wanted to know ANYTHING about my order!! After this I sent an email asking them to consider the email as my formal request to cancel the order, this was on the 29th of December. They sent an email basically asking if I’m sure and I said yes. They then said okay and that they will send confirmation of my cancellation, and that I should receive the refund in 30 days. I never did. Instead on the 11th January, I got an email saying it’s been delivered!! It had NOT. It’s now the 16th and still no refund. Just a huge scam. I seriously do not recommend!!

This company previously operated under the name Divan Bed Warehouse and is now trading as Bedframe Direct. Many customers, including myself, experienced serious issues with payments taken and no items delivered under the previous name.
It is very concerning to see the business continue under a new name while unresolved customer issues remain. There are numerous complaints online from customers who paid but never received their orders.
I am sharing this review to warn others to be extremely cautious and to research thoroughly before placing an order. I hope this review helps prevent more people from losing their money.

Bed wasn't a bed it was 4 pieces of wood and wood panels with no attachments and nothing fit, nothing was cut to size - DISGRACEFUL

After almost 2 months I have finally got my refund thanks to my bank, otherwise I would still be waiting. This company has now closed but I have been told they are operating under another name and opened a new website. Please be careful and double check when making any orders for a divan bed

They have closed down the website is gone. After scamming me for 5 months

I have now found out that they have ceased trading. Cancelled my order without letting me know. Apologised assuring me of a refund imminently. To date I have received nothing.

Placed an order in November last year and till date never got the bed nor a refund. Tried calling their customer service, never went through
Was getting responses from email and that later stopped as well

Terrible company. Stay clear. Bought a bed, THEY notified me delivery would be on a Sunday from 7am -12pm. No delivery, no contact..nothing. No one answering their phones even though they advertise they are open. No response on their online chat.
Email sent and took them 3 days to respond, to tell me that the delivery was not even ready.
When asked for a refund, it took me 7 days for them to agree.
Refund under non delivery of goods should be a refund within 14 days. These bunch of cowboys say they will refund in 30 days. Now on day 37 and still no refund. I will now be contacting trading standards

This company has now declared bankruptcy.
Liars and thieves, will set up again under a new name, have done this more than once.
Director needs locking up for a long time

Ordered a bed with assembly and taking away the old bed, well chuffed as it all came to around £400, delivery date was set for 15th December 2025.
Delivery never came , chased it up and was told the delivery vehicles broken down.
Then a day later got an email to say the mattress I ordered is unfortunately out of stock, but I didn’t order a mattress.
Chased the company and they said they’ll get back to me for a future delivery date.
After two weeks of no response I went online checked the reviews and had a heart attack realising that this is a common trend with this company.
Asked for a refund , it’s been a month and now they’ve just stopped emailing me back and have had no communication
I am in the process of reporting then to trading standards
Do not buy from the company it’s a fraud.

Scammers. Poor Quality products, Emailed saying i would get a replacement, 1 month later, Emails getting no response, phone line dead and website dead. Clearly done a bunk and wont be seeing that money again
