On time and very polite.

Booked an indulgent escape trip for our wedding anniversary. We weren’t disappointed. Best decision we’ve made. Hotel and location fab. Hotel treated us like VIP’s. Jet2 staff were excellent in the airport and on the plane.

Connection service poor. Lack of training. Driver/fitter took away the transit bars and spanner for the washing machine and he didn’t take away the old washer. Arrangements were made to pick up the old washer the next day and also bring back the transit bars. Machine picked up but no return of transit bars. Driver argued with my husband insisting bars are not necessary and if he had been the one fitting it he would’ve done the same thing ie take/throw them away. Transit bars are NECESSARY and there’s even clips to secure them safely for when they are required ie a house move. How many drivers have thrown away transit bars is worrying. £25 for a ‘professional fitting’ is a joke!!!
Customer services have been brilliant. They arranged replacement bars and spanner. They also gave a small refund as a gesture of good will. Cannot fault the service from AO. It’s a shame their driver/installers haven’t had the correct training. I’m more than happy to recommend AO but not the connection service.

2nd Update. Success after 3wks finally registered. However, it says basic plan. Any changes will cost £19.95. What did I pay for 3wks ago ?????
Update. Customer services say they have sorted the transfer. NO IT’S NOT SORTED!!
Smarttrace £20 for transfer. I’ve been waiting over 2wks for it to happen. Still nothing. Also didn’t receive code for free puppy pack. Now told to create account in sister company Smartbreeder and add puppy pack to bag using code (p&p payable!). Tried only to find the system says login to sister company Smarttrace. Going round in circles. My main concern is the microchip hasn’t been updated. What good is data storage that doesn’t get updated. Apart from the fact the law requires dogs to be correctly microchipped !!!!

I started using Moonpig when the pandemic restricted shopping. It worked fine for UK deliveries but unfortunately not for USA. I’ve tried a few times and always very late. Now pandemic easing for USA birthdays I’ll buy locally as I can be sure they’ll arrive on time.

Very pleased with my Rangemaster Nexus cooker. The ordering process was easy. Communications great and the delivery guys were excellent. Five star service. Would definitely recommend the Discount Appliance Centre.

Wish I could give no stars. Thought I’d ordered from Canada. Tracking info showed dispatch from Singapore over 7 wks ago. Still no sign of bag and tracking info has gone. Asked for refund as they hadn’t fulfilled the order. No response !! I’m convinced it’s a scam. Don’t waste your money. Do not buy from NoraBags.
Finally received refund. Details on account indicate they are a third party supplier not a manufacturer. SP*Norabags, Computer Software Stores, Montreal. A warning for us all. If something appears cheap it’s often too good to be true. Last time I’ll get caught out. Do the research first.
