ordered 7 items from craghoppers on 30th december usual delivery tracking crap from evri on the 4th is was at local delivery but as of today 12th jan no parcel.emailed craghoppers on monday asking when this parcel will arrive had a automated reply we will contact you in 72 hours but guess what nothing so now craghoppers going cold.my goods were £130 pounds either get me the parcel or refund please,over the years i have bought many times of you,you really need a new delivery partner
have done as you have said email ref1148209) dont know why it takes 72 hours to get in touch buy hey ho c if you reply this time not a lot too ask for the goods that i bought or paid for on the 30th december or a refund

evri have about 4 of my parcels all presents of various retailers in your depot nothing been delivered cant get in touch EVRI do the decent thing and deliver the items i will never buy of a retailer again that uses you for parcels you are a disgrace and should be investigated

ordered 2 items as presents i came as stated with dpd the other with evri nothing for 10 days contacted m and s replied a few days ago please allow extra 24 hours come and gone no not replying to emails not an expensive purchase but never again
