I ordered the same corduroy trousers in sizes 10 and 12 as in the past Land's End clothing has been oversized. However, they seem to have adapted their sizes to UK sizes and so I found both too small (normally I'm a 12 or 14), so I sent them back. I decided not to exchange them for a size 14 as I found that although they were supposed to be midrise, they were more highrise. I loved the colour though, and the quality was excellent.

About six weeks ago I ordered two Speedo swimsuits from Secret Sales. A package arrived in due course but it contained only one, not two swimsuits. The enclosed receipt stated that I had paid for both. I emailed them explaining what had happened and sent photographs of the receipt and content of the parcel. They responded saying that the seller would contact me. Ten days later, having still not heard from the seller, I wrote to them again. To date, I have not received a refund nor an explanation.

The staff are always very supportive, even when I wrongly accused them of sending the wrong cartridges.
