Straightforward ordering, good communication and delivered when stated.

Great delivery service on time, packaging good, just haven’t yet tried the product so can’t comment.

During the checkout process there was no field to fill in my billing address, only delivery address details were required. After the correct card details were submitted, they were instantly rejected (presumably because the delivery address was not the same as the billing address of the cardholder) and there was no other alternative means of paying eg. PayPal.
So went elsewhere with my business. Disappointing...

Sadly a 2 star after a good start last year where I felt they earned the 5 star rating. I had been ordering mounjaro with them for a good few months, but they continued to fix the discount code they give to only be available to you if you order within a tight time frame. I had emailed them on two occasions to ask about move into maintenance doses now I’m approaching a healthy bmi - and that I would therefore not require monthly pens, as maintenance plan was for two weekly injections moving forward. Sadly they did not bother to respond to my email asking this, or inform me of how they support people with moving to less frequent dose regimes. I felt constantly under pressure to order within the 30 days, or lose my discount. On top of this issue they suddenly raised their prices by £10 this month which makes them no longer a reasonable price competitor.
I found their curt customer service and lack of response to emails actually very rude. They were also dismissive when I raised an issue over inadequate customer of packaging a while back, one tiny cold block does not cut it when we move towards warmer weather as already they have always been completely melted on receipt. .
I wrote to Medino to politely state why I would not be continuing to order from them re limited date discount code and no plan offered for ordering less frequently/maintenance but had no response. I have spent near on £700+ with them, it’s not a good experience overall and I wouldn’t return
