Dear Store Manager,
I would like to share some very positive feedback about one of your staff members, Dale Williamson, at the Leeds store.
We recently purchased a dining table and chairs from your store. After the order was ready for delivery, we realised that the table was unfortunately too large for our room. We were quite worried about what to do, so we went back to the store to ask for advice.
Dale Williamson kindly assisted us and handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and understanding. He took the time to help us find an alternative that would suit our space better, and he arranged the change without charging us any extra or causing us any stress. His friendly attitude, patience, and willingness to help made the whole experience very easy and pleasant for us.
Customer service like this truly deserves recognition. Dale went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and we are very grateful for his help.
