Planten zijn dood

De gekochte planten gingen dood, ik was erg ontevreden in het begin, maar de klantenservice pakte de zaak op en regelde de terugbetaling. Uiteindelijk werd er een eerlijke regeling getroffen.

No customer service??

Bestelling snel ontvangen. Geleverd product van slechte kwaliteit, ik heb ze geretourneerd, maar de terugbetaling is al weken niet meer verwerkt! slechte service.

Wat vervelend dat er iets niet goed lijkt te gaan met de terugbetaling van het geretourneerde artikel. De terugbetaling is inmiddels meteen verwerkt, onze excuses voor het ongemak.

Item never came

Item never came, refund is not possible as they are claiming. Terrible unprofessional service. It is a scam, avoid at all cost or get cheated.

Bad company

This company is very bad, unreliable. Items claimed to be available are actually out of stock. My watch has never been delievered.
The company has been runned by people who barely speak english.
STAY AWAY or loose your money!

One of the worst costumer service ever…

One of the worst costumer service ever given.
A simple address change cant be made on thursday because their drivers already have the route for saturday!

Insane! Terrible company with a lot of issues.

Dear Adam,

Thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear that you had this experience. As described in the Terms and Conditions, in the e-mail and on the website during the ordering process - it is a flexibel subscription and therefor a box is planned to be delivered every week. So we try to make it really clear in many ways, but I am sad to hear that you were not fully aware.

We also note that we have a deadline of 4 days before delivery (even 3 days for your delivery on saturday). We need some days to order all the products for you and - indeed - set up the route to make sure you get your box! I am sorry to hear this was not clear to you. We do like to think along, for example: is there a neighbour who can take the box? Or maybe someone else in your street?

I hope it works out anyway. Otherwise: let us know! We are happy to help.
