This is my third purchase from Cotswold Cameras and once again the service has been exemplary.
Of course buying from anyone is the easy part but when I had a problem of my own making , it was sorted quickly and kindly. This is what makes a difference.

Selling my lens to Park Cameras was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Of course the valuation had to be right and it was, but there was so much more. Emails were answered quickly, instructions were clear and precise and, joy of joys, when you phone you speak to a real person who actually knew his stuff!
Can't get over it.

Really impressed with my experience with Aviva. The site was easy to negotiate and the cover/ price balance was perfect for me.

Brand new lens in maker's box at a heavily discounted price because it is not an official UK import and not covered by maker's warranty. There is a seller's warranty but hopefully I will never need to test it.
Otherwise it's a great buy at a price level to used Ebay stuff which has no warranty at all. Extremely pleased so far and this will be my first port of call in future.

I bought a Tom Chambers Nourish Bird Feeding Station.
Its sections do not join securely with the result that it does not stand straight and vertical. As a result it looks very Heath Robinson and very cheap.
If you have pride in your garden do not buy.

Easy to contact a real person which these days is a rarity in itself and a massive relief.
The response from Laura H.was clear and precise and she untangled my muddled questions with exemplary deftness.
